It came in a bun with a hole in it and the guy asked (and gestured, since I couldn't speak the language) if I wanted ketchup and mustard to which I nodded yes. This was a very tasty sausage with a bit of a spicy kick to it. The sausage itself was hearty and had a nice char on the outside and the bun was nice and soft. Total was 8.80 CHF and it hit the spot! Will probably get this again on my way out of Zurich!

Trying to explain that we did not intend to drink it, but merely didn't want it to boil in the panniers in the scorching sun fell in deaf ears.
