Reposting my Google review here & I WISH I checked these reviews before coming here because theres no WAY they have 4.8 stars on Google & 2.5 stars on Yelp. Unless you're a sneakerhead with money to throw away -- do NOT shop here. If you're a mom looking for nice, new sneakers for your straight A students -- again do NOT shop here. Walked in today with my boys and walked out with 3 pairs of sneakers totaling $1000+. Excessive, I know but its all "these are the newest", "no one will have these at his new school", "they dont come out for a month", "you're getting a great deal". Yeah right. I tried calling my brother for help before purchasing but he was asleep. So imagine my horror when I get home & send my brother the pictures of the shoes we bought. His response "sis, you 100% got swindled". I paid $445 for the newest & could've ordered them online for $280 - all in. So to be clear, they are very much available for purchase now & are NOT coming out next month smh Paid $175 for another pair that were $90 elsewhere and $285 for valerians that should've cost $140. So yes, lesson learned because of course, all sales are final. But seriously, if you aren't sneaker savvy, especially as a mother just trying to splurge on her babies a little for back to school -- stay TF away from this place. You will be straight up lied to with a smile & pay 50%+ markup. I won't be getting my money back but here's your warning so you don't make the same mistake as me. read more

J'S I appreciate the variety of Air Jordan 1's on their shelves but my size is hard to come by because I wear youth size (ex: 4y = 5.5w, 4.5y = 6w). Typically I order my J's through legit sneakerhead sites (Ex: Flight Club, Stadium Goods... because they authenticate the shoes) because the pair/color I try to find aren't always available at local stores. Out of pure randomness I walked in and found the pair I want (Black, Grey, Pink with the pink stitching around the sole), however the smallest they had was 5y. I can go for either 4-4.5y. They called the other locations and no luck. And yes, I do like how they wrap the shoes because it protects and doesn't bends the quality of people trying it on. And y'all know us who love us some J's, we keep our shoes fresh. And once again, I had to go on the sneakerhead sites, pray for my size to be available, and luckily ordered my pair. Would have been nice if they had inventory. read more

Warning Warning. This store is a rip off do not I repeat do not buy anything from this store, I'm a disabled vet that gave my 16 year old son 400 to go school shopping and he bought a t-shirt for $350 dollars yes its his fault, but everyone doesn't have the money to afford that. My son messed up but I thought it could be returned, but you can't return anything and this was within 10 minutes of the purchase. Called the store manager and basically he was like it happens. Unfortunately for me he was correct receipt said no returns or exchanges even after I explained this was a big mistake on my sons part, and with no human decency or understanding that my son had made a big mistake, he said sale was final. My son did say no one said no returns till after it was purchased how convenient for them, anyway just be careful usually I would've taken him but I was trying to let him be independent but we all see how that worked out. Lesson learned but just want others to know before making a mistake like this and send your kid to the mall and they go into that store. Total rip off read more

I was looking for a gift for my brother who's a sneaker head and didn't know where to start. I passed by this store by chance when shopping around the mall and decided to head in. The store is relatively new but the interior was really nice with good lighting. The selection of shoes they have is pretty vast and they have just about every size you might need. But aside from the actual products they have I think their customer service is what really stands out. It seems like a family owned business as there were twins and a few others working at the store when I came in. But they were very helpful and willing to listen to any questions I had and gave me some advice since I wasn't very knowledgeable on shoes. The employees really take their time to help you out and that's something you usually can't get at other big stores. Definitely coming back if I need to get another pair of sneakers in the future. read more

I went there today in a hope of finding the yeezy foam runner note you I don't know my size so I ask for assistance. The guy that work there this late afternoon was rude when I asked if I could try on shoes he refuses. He said I won't you try unless you are buying. Sir how am I supposed to buy some shoes if I can't even try it on. He gets upset because I ask to try on the shoes. I own a Bussiness and one thing I know about is customer service something that this man doesn't have or manners. He looks like he doesn't want to be there. I Hope they hire a new person who welcomes their customers when they walk in the door. No offense that's why no one tend to stay in the store for more than 5 mins. Do better! Their prices are crack prices, well marked over than actual resale prices. You are better off, buying from Goat or EBay. The have the JBalvin Air Jordan 2's for $600-700, the shoe is still going for retail at $250 on most resale sites. They also have the Off White Air Jordan 5's for $1850, actual resale is $1050. i have never written a review in my life but i bought a pair of panda dunks this morning for $515, found them on stockx for $186. they got a trashcan covered in stockx stickers and claim they bought them for $450 a while back. tried to go back and return bc a $300 upcharge just isn't ethical, they wouldn't let me return and gave me huge issues with exchange. terrible company, heard they sell fake shit too. just do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake i did. not one to complain but DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!! read more
