We rented a storage unit from them for about 9 months, and they were completely professional throughout. We had one issue where we thought there might have been a leak and they immediately moved us to a different unit, no problem. We borrowed the trailer on 2 different occasions and it was simple and easy. Having that available definitely saved us money as we went through a move. Here's the best thing - when we completed our time there, we left the lock/key in the unit and I hadn't gotten around to calling to let them know our unit was empty and we were done. Well, THEY called US to let us know that they noticed our lock was off and the unit was empty, and when did we leave so we could get our payment for the month prorated/refunded! I rented our unit a few months ago and there has been a couple times where we have been swamped with moving issues and remodeling and when we lost our key to the unit they were so nice about helping out with it and mixed up with payments and they are so great to work with....even though I have been such a ditz!!!
