We had visited on the recommendation of a friend, and I have since read other favourable reviews about them on another forum. The owner Peter Evans believes that if you treat people honestly you can sleep well at night and he likes to do that. It's hard to find a used car dealership you can trust, but I believe you can trust this one! We had a couple of electrical issues with our Estima and took it back there to have them fixed under warranty, and were very happy that they were fixed promptly with no hassles. Was very happy with the car we got, was in great condition and had a detailed log book with it. A couple of days before Christmas driving a few suburbs from home and something went wrong. It is a manual and suddenly it wasn't going into gear. Pulled over and contacted roadside assistance (they took +2 hours but that's another story). It was a Saturday afternoon and needed to tow it to a mechanic that was open (most weren't open being a Saturday arvo). We checked our contract and it was a couple of days past the warranty! We called the bloke up who sold it to us. He said we could have it towed to their shop and the mechanic who certified it would have a look on the Monday. Seemed like our only choice. Behind the scenes they got a hold of the mechanic straight away and he was ready to arrive and look at it that afternoon! By some Christmas miracle, the problem was not major. They managed to fix it for us that afternoon and they honoured the contract despite it being a few days. That's right. Just goes to show what a good bloke the guy is who runs the joint. Highly recommended for the great after service we were provided with!

I end up bought one from dealer with competitive price. After 2 weeks, (Liz, the sales person) she called and ask me if I am still in the market, and i told her that i've bought a brand new car from dealer instead. The last sentence she said to me was "I thought you don't want to spend money on brand new car? Thanks for letting me know" HANG UP.. I didn't even had a chance to say anything. What a loser. My wife took the car and was informed the cost would be $1850 for a service are you people alright? When my wife questioned this she was told they needed to change the spark plugs then she was informed that because it isn't really driven too much they could do a minor service which is basic oil changes at a cost of $875 this is an absolute joke, if your happy to get ripped off then go there but I won't be bringing my car there again I suppose they probably don't want it anyway now but how can you justify those prices

Once you arrive you are met by someone from Mercedes who elegantly places you in a brand new Mercedes and drives you right to the front door. I left my house in Richmond and was checking into my flight within 30 minutes, no way you could do that in a car!

This is a small family owned car dealers, and the service was amazing! No pressure - no BS lines of excuse - just great friendly people who were extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They arranged the RWC on the spot, so I could take the car with me immediately, and when we got in to drive home, I was pleasantly surprised at the full tank of fuel they had put in, which was not there when we test drove earlier. I would highly recommend a visit to this yard if you are looking for a second hand car.
