A good shop with reasonable choice in different scales, directly in the Munich main station.. Maybe…read morenot worth a detour, but surely worth visiting if you travel by train to Munich. As often in model train stores, the personnel (2 in my case) seemed more interested in refitting their shelves than in the customers. Not unfriendly by any means, just very European... The shop is kind of hard to find, as it isn't located on the street side, but rather directly next to the tracks.

Ich habe speziell nach Münzen aus Österreich gesucht. Die beiden Mitarbeiter haben mich umfassend und kompetent beraten und mir auch Stücke gezeigt, die ich vorher nicht auf dem Schirm hatte ... gerne habe ich dann sogar eine Münze mehr gekauft, als ich eigentlich vorhatte. Und als besonderes "Zuckerle" gab es beim Gehen ein Raffaello geschenkt ... Fazit: Ich komme sehr gerne wieder! read more

Ich hatte noch massig Münzen im Keller, deren Wert ich nicht richtig einschätzen konnte. Bei City-Mint hat man mir gesagt, was diese wirklich wert sind und diese auf Kommission in deren Onlineshop (www.numismatik-shop.de) eingestellt. Nach 2 Wochen waren sie verkauft, 30% über der Schätzung durch Herrn F.! Welch ein Service! Topp!!! read more
