Cute Nails gave me the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. First, he didn't do anything to my cuticles, look at the way the white paint has hardly any arch, and the mess of paint he left under my nails, the most pitiful pedicure I have ever gotten as well--BUT all of that isn't why I am writing this post! He jerked my hand aggressively, yelled at me and nearly made me cry. Then, I remembered my daughter telling me that a man did that to her in the same salon. The woman then took me to the bed and hit the button like 4 times to get it to start and said sometimes it doesn't work and you have to push it a few times. Really? You couldn't have said that or owned the fact that you're lack of information caused the frustration? I went ahead and tanned and chalked it up to a bad day. I apologized to the owner for getting frustrated and explained that it was a rough start but all is well. She was condescending but I figured it was just the day and it would be ok. I get in the car, talking to my husband on the way home, he informed me the woman was mouthing me as she walked out of my booth. I went and cancelled my package and I explained what my husband had told me and I found that totally unprofessional and inappropriate for a person running a business. She argued with me in front of customers. She then stood there as two other customers cussed me and acted a fool. If you are looking for good customer service, good attitudes, hot beds at an affordable price, or somewhere that doesn't let dogs roam around and bother clients, this is not the place. Highly disappointed with local and small.
