I am very disappointed today. I've been a long term client but not sure I will return again. Today I paid $72 for mani and pedi and neither my toes or fingers look like I've had a professional paint job. My toes are smudged even though I sat for over an hour after he finished with them. My dipped nails are lumpy and he cut my finger with the drill thingy and never even said a word when I said "ouch". I have never written a bad review for anything but I am today. When I complained I was assured they would fix my nails but then i sat back down for another 10 minutes and just got tired of waiting and having to ask for the job I paid for to be done correctly. This was suppose to be the highlight of my day and instead I left frustrated and irritated. read more

Worst Manicure/Pedicure I've ever had in my life. Came in and was super excited about treating myself and was excited about trying out a place I haven't been before. Talked to the guy who did my nails worked on picking out a color together just for fun. After that he rushed to do my heels, didn't smooth them down at all. Then he lotioned my legs and went really far up my legs and it made me feel really uncomfortable. He missed spots on my nails. So the paint job wasn't even professional. Then he put the nails on to start doing my manicure and left to do another persons nails and left me there without talking to me or asking me if he could do another persons nails in the middle of doing mine. I asked to just take off the nails because I didn't want a manicure and he still rung me up for a manicure and a pedicure. I was so mad that I almost left my debit card. Will never go back, and recommend no one else go either. Horrible customer service. Go to Elegant Nails, the only place I've been to that has great customer service and actually does a professional job for their customers. read more

I took my granddaughter for my birthday for us both to have Manny Petty's with gel, polish toes and nails. The nail techs rushed through didn't get a complete pedicure. My granddaughter's gel polish started flaking off in the first day. My acrylic nails, the gel is so thick he didn't even buffer it down it sticks up behind the skin on my finger, I walked out with clown hands and was charged over $250, for absolute crap. Job will never go back and I highly do not recommend anyone supporting this business. Thank you. I'd like to give them no stars but apparently I have to give them something so here's one star that I'm going to take back because you absolutely are crap. read more

I picked a color and was ready and as he started, he was doing great until he started my color. it was not the color i asked for, they got nail polish all over my fingers, and not only that. they somehow managed to get acrylic on my finger and it was it's stuck. i've tried filing it down but it rubs my finger and hurts. and when he realized i wasn't happy, added his own tip even though i wasn't happy. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. After waiting about 40 minutes (which I was ok with), I had a man begin my pedicure. After about 10 minutes in, he went and started working in another clients finger nails so later return to my feet. Let's mention he never washed his hands between touching my feet to her hands and vice versa. My entire pedicure took about 25 minutes from start to finish including the time he worked on the other women's nails. He chose not to trim my cuticles, no massage. He painted OVER the cuticles instead of trimming them. When I went to check out, I complained about the service and instead of them trying to fix it, I was told I'd be charged extra for use of my debit card. I asked if cuticle trimming was part of their normal pedicure process and the girl said yes and so I said "well, I guess I'm an exception." Not once did they try to fix it even ask to look at my feet. Poor, terrible, service. I was here on vacation and will NEVER return. $32 dollars for a pedicure I could have given myself. I am in Arkansas for awhile and needed a fill and am so glad I found this place! Tim did an awesome job on my nails! He and his wife are so friendly and the shop is very clean. The elder male technician rushed through my pedicure. I really needed a good massage on my legs and feet and he did a quick job of it with no feeling. It was like less than five minutes. First of all, there was not a wide selection of nail polish and what was there was half-empty or crusty. Then the technician rushed through my pedicure and left one of my toenails a sloppy mess. I am unsure how clean the tools were that they used; the buffer seemed to have been used before. Some kind technicians noticed and fixed my messed up toenails but the rude technician came over to defend himself and didn't apologize at all for poor service. To end the whole ordeal we were charged $3 to use a card when a sign at the register clearly stated a $10 minimum purchase would absorb the fee. read more

this is the worst experience I have had in my life. I went in to get my nails done. They sat me in a chair and didn't talk to me except asked what I wanted to have done and I told them I wanted a full set of acrylic nails done. Then two woman walked in to get their feet done and they put them into chairs and started on them. They didn't talk to me again and I had to leave because they just didn't seem like they wanted my business. I am very upset with this business. I will not be going back there. read more

We arrived looking for a pedicure for myself and my mom. Waiting area was full but we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. I was skeptical but we said ok and went next door to look in the shoe store. Upon our return we picked out our color and were escorted to our pedi chairs. The water was on the warm side (which I prefer). My technician was very pleasant, professional and courteous. Salon was very clean and all the employees seemed happy and attentive to their clients. read more

before you agree to a service make sure to get a price.a girl started to do my acrylic nails and the owner walked in and took over-i was the only customer there.i said i wanted regular american nails-not french tips. he cut them too short and had to remove a few.after redo-they were still to short but i settled.he said.$40 - i said the sign says a full set is $25,and he said something about using a pink powder and pearl tips-i never asked for,and i had to have a dark polish -which i never do because he cut my nails way short and the tips were 60% down the bed and looked stupid.! they have almost no choices in polish colors so i settled again for something i do not like. i will never go back there and i will urge everyone i know not to go there. so sad they were slow and felt the need to "gouge" the one customer they had. i am a grama and very easy to please-but i am very unhappy with the way i was treated. he insisted on $40 and i ve never paid over $28 for a new full set anywhere -anytime.! beware.! The highest price on their list was Solar nails for $35...so he must have made a new price for my plain standard nails.! read more
