Alpine is such a nice place to visit and I always enjoy the time there. I was able to receive a couple to writing pens for a keepsake and still have them in my pen collection.

Review #3 If this…read morehas not been listed yes as the Visitors Center ...it is... We spent well over an hour here because of a change in plans to our next destination. There is FREE WIFI at the Visitors Center so we unwinded a bit on the couches. Dog friendly so we were able to bring the pups inside. Free coffee. The college girl working was so nice and friendly. I was on the phone with Expedia for an hour and she told me I could go in the quite conference room to work out my call. All the brochures and information you need for around the area. Sign in at the digital station and receive a feee bumper sticker. At least I got one for doing so. We didn't ask for any recommendations so I can't comment on that, however maybe use yelp or trip advisor if your unsure (as per a previous yelpers complaint). Definitely stop here if you need a rest on the comfy couches, free wifi, or information about the surrounding areas.

The good part is that it is close to where J live which is only a 5-minute drive (30 minute walk)…read morefrom my home! The bad part about this place is that there is no one working behind the counter to serve the customers! Sad, that many Amtrak stations are short of staff, but there are employees that check your tickets prior to boarding the train! They are courteous and this is what highly admire about them! If you have a shipload of a suitcase and it's too heavy to carry, they will immediately give you a helping hand!
