I know they were busy and I appreciate them squeezing me in for the following day ... I had put up with the mice situation long enough lol ... The gentleman who showed up here was very nice & professional ... He put liners under his shoes out of respect so he doesn't walk inside the house with his shoes on. :) I will definitely call them again + I have a 6 month warranty...
