Had custom stars made for a modern new build and couldn't be happier. Job was done at time agreed upon and done well. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately. City Stairs made my job a priority and we're ways available to me no matter what question I may have had. Over all would recommend City Stairs to any one whether you are a private home owner or a builder read more

Please think twice before you go with this company. the worst customer service. As soon as they got the deposit it was hard to reach them. I made a contract in July and they promised to make stairs ready on time. but they postponed it many times and at the end after 4 months they decided not to do it. I am happy now they didn't make the stairs for me, because I heard stories about their quality of their work after that. read more

Awesome job! I've wanted to renovate my stairs for years. I emailed a couple of companies for estimates and within 20 minutes, Reuven contacted me. He made recommendations and explained the whole process. Right away I knew I was in good hands. The process was supposed take six weeks but it was completed in four! I'm so happy with the results. I signed a contract in March 2020 for Reno Rocket to carry out a basement project. I postponed it…read moreduring the pandemic and decided to go ahead with it in February 2022. We redid the contract because of increases in costs for materials and I also expanded the scope of the project to include our master bathroom. Unfortunately after signing the revised contract, they cancelled the project on short notice without offering an alternative option in the future. I only received a partial refund and they have never explained why this would be the case. I have found Reno Rocket to be a very dishonest and unprofessional company that treat honest and genuine people terribly. I would strongly recommend not using this company for any projects!

We used city stairs on our latest new custom built. Must say we had a great experience right from the start! Stairs were measured within a couple of days of me contacting them. It took about 4 weeks for them to come delivery which was about a week before schedule! we were happy about that. The stairs fit perfect and the quality was one of the best we seen. Confirms work. Has great suggestions to help stay within the budget. Cleans up the area after work. The project was completed on time. Very happy with the care and quality of their work. Contracting with the team is a huge success. Very much satisfied with our new build stairs. read more

I hired the father son duo about a month ago and they seemed like genuine people. I got a few…read morequotes and they offered the best price and seemed like honest people. After having completed the patio deck I had paid them, however the had forgotten to install the lights and some of the wood piece were falling apart and chipping within a few days of installation. I took out a line of credit thinking this would be a good investment but now I regret it. They never provided me a contract/paperwork, nothing. I hired them also because of the great reviews. I have two young kids which is the main reason I get a gated deck and now they can't every play on it because it's falling apart. If you plan on hiring them, get a written documents or something. I've been calling them everyday and no response. They don't care to call back or even message. Karma, that's all I can say. I will also contact a lawyer to see what my options are since I have proof of payment and some previous messages.

I had my condo kitchen cabinetry renovated by them recently. They showed up at 11 a.m. and had to…read morework beyond 5 p.m. even though they knew more than a month in advance that it was a condo with a no noise policy after 5p.m. They were unprofessional, ill prepared, and in the end they left all appliances disconnected and made a huge mess. I tried calling a plumber in to reinstall the sink but he said that I needed to call the cabinetry crew back in to put a hole in the new cabinetry for a new sink.. and the plumber was unable to reconnect the dishwasher because the outlet wasn't accessible. So finally after a huge ordeal and $650 dollars later, there is a new sink and faucet installed and the dishwasher is back in.. however the microwave/fan unit is still disconnected and I need to get in a third contractor to reconnect it but no guarantees at this point. Do yourself a big favour, pay 3K more for a professional crew and save yourself the headache and all of this b.s. I don't understand how such people are still in business.
