Hook and Book roadside assistance. Jim came within the hour and was amazing!! he was professional and kind and such a down to earth person. I work in a busy ICU and they were short staffed until I could get there. he was finished in less than thirty minutes and I am very grateful for the service and how well he explained the process to me. my only regret is that he was based out of North Augusta and I'm in Gilbert SC.
