Other than the occasional door slam, we haven't really heard anything of our neighbors. This winter has been pretty extreme, but last winter we only had to turn on our heat a couple times--the heat from the lower level apartment kept our apartment warm. The apartments are located in a nice area; close enough to everything, but quiet, with the exception of things like the Fourth of July when the whole town converges on Riverside Park. Management has been very friendly and helpful. Overall, we have loved living at RiverEast, and are sad that we are going to be moving out soon.

Each unit has either an attached garage or one right across from your building. The office manager is nice, but sometimes a little slow to return phone calls.
