Great customer service, easy to deal with. Obvious they don't check the actual apartments they rent. The area was nothing like it seemed on the website. Old pictures of clean area and shopping center now run down and covered in graffiti. Apartment covered in graffiti and the areas description wasn't as advertised. I guess they can't say "don't let your girlfriend go out alone" as they probably wouldn't get many hits. Girlfriend was harassed not 20 minutes after I got the keys outside the front door of the building. They have not been very helpful in breaking the lease, which isn't their responsibility I guess, but since the issue they haven't been very helpful at all. The apartments are nice but a few staff members are rude and cause unnecessary stress. They make ridiculous request. They ask me to change my early morning flights from Hamburg to Canada so I could hand over keys. Rather than leave them in the apartment. The language in the emails are very curt and impolite. read more
