We have parking in front of our building but the other companies use our parking lot despite having their own covered parking or parking garage. We don't have access to their parking but they have access to ours. Also, maintenance constantly takes up parking space with their golf carts despite being able to park anywhere. This is becoming an even bigger issue as more companies are moving here. When it rains, it's worse. Obviously we're carrying all our equipment and having to walk long distances to the building.

There were a variety of tables and chairs grouped together throughout the facility creating unique rooms such as a cafe, bar, lounge, and general workspace. If you needed an office or conference room, you could certainly hold it here. I have no idea what the price is for the space. It seems they are missing out on an opportunity to get this information to people visiting. It seems like they should have a large price board advertising this or at the very least require groups meeting here to mention this. In all fairness, they did have a reception area at the front that ai breezed past because it was so early. No one was staffing the area at 7am. This place had a very casual, playful, and informal feel to it. I could imagine renting it out for other group meetings and events. They seem to have all of the basics covered.

One cool additional feature they could add sometime in the future would be an ice machine and a filtered water spigot at the sink. These are small things that would only elevate the space even more.

I ended up getting a day pass the next day and immediately loved it upon entry. The atmosphere was inviting and Megan at the front desk was awesome. She quickly gave me a run down on the place and I sat down and began to work. It was probably the most productive day I've had in 2018 (kidding--maybe). I ended up signing up for a membership and learned all the perks they have; treadmill work desk, free conference rooms for members (at all locations), free coffee, booze (no, I'm not drinking on the job), nap rooms, chat rooms, gym membership, free shared bikes....you name it--SAY WHAT!?!? AND its less expensive then **ehem** that company across the highway--I'll take it. And to top it all off, I got a great monthly rent on a outside office (meaning I have a window to the outside! They really beat the others on value for the dollar. All around, easy decision, if Premier has a spot open for you take it!
