I canceled other things to be home and they never showed. I called multiple times Friday and 7 hours after she said we were scheduled I finally got an answered call. They then said they never scheduled me, she just, "felt bad for me having issues and tried to squeeze me in. Someone called in so they couldn't make it happen" no call to cancel or reschedule. They then confirmed an actual appointment Monday morning. They came Monday and I just asked them to explain the water line and fix the warranty items. The water line wouldn't easily come off so I didn't want to start yanking on it if they had sealed it or it connected inside. They removed it. Then i went to answer the door for an Evergy worker. While I was showing the Evergy man they said they were done and leaving. Didn't have me sign anything or check it. When they left I went to check and they had installed something I didn't ask them to on my toilet and cut my water line. So I had to take off the extra parts and had a water line that no longer fit right. I called them back and they put a different one on. I now, weeks later get an invoice for a service call for over $165. For them installing parts I didn't want in there, cutting my water line so I HAD to replace it, then billing me for something I didn't even want done. Cannot recommend. Would not recommend. He is extremely knowledgeable about pretty much everything. He corrected all the mistakes of a paint job, installed 2 toilets and found the perfect concrete service to replace some steps. He had Hines come out and check his . Ended up with a $360 bill. The gentleman put 4 pounds of Freon in his unit and also putting new filter in even though he changes his filters monthly faithfully. Now, 4 pounds of Freon is a whole lot of Freon. This means that there possibly could be a leak? I mean it's not rocket science. The system is only four years old. Before coming to my Father with this , they proceeded to add the Freon change the filter. Why wouldn't you check for a leak before you add Freon? If this is actually what you did. Because the that you add in is just going to leak out if there's a leak correct? So my calls the company to the office manager, which if I remember correctly, her name is Alicia. Stuttering around her to my father saying too late to check leak now because we already added Freon. I could go on and on. At the end of the day this is horrible. This is being a crook. You don't do this to people. If you had to put 4 pounds in a unit before adding it in why would you not come until the customer? Hey somethings going on this is what we need to do and so on.
