Some of his paperwork was submitted weeks, even months late to the courts. I finally terminated services with Mr. Benson and hired a second process server, Trident Professional Services. I would not recommend this person or business to anyone seeking a process server's service as this is a matter extreme concern.

I was also uncomfortable when a recording of our phone conversation was provided as proof of my acceptance of the settlement amount, as it felt dismissive of my concerns rather than an effort to clarify the misunderstanding. Additionally, I was told that the attorney would look into the possibility of reducing the attorney fees since I would still be responsible for several thousand dollars in hospital bills. However, I never received a clear follow-up regarding whether that discussion took place or what the outcome was. While some staff members were responsive and professional, improved communication and greater transparency would have made this experience significantly less frustrating. Such as informing me there were liens from medical bills before the settlement was finished. As this was the second time I had retained this law firm for an auto accident matter, I reasonably expected the process to be handled in a manner similar to my prior contact. However, instead of dismissal, you will be advised by the firm to settle. Stay away from this place. Once they have your money, you wont get a response. Tom doesn't speak directly to clients. You will have to leave multiple messages with call screeners and send alot of emails to get a response from him.
