Once a year they provide a free seeding which is one of the reasons we continue to use them. We really feel this keeps our lawn looking optimal year after year. We had the aeration done once which really helped that first seeding to establish. A testiment to the quality at Green-Up is that when we bought our home, the previous owners did not maintain the lawn. There was mostly mud in our back yard, not much grass. John and his crew did so much work to our lawn that first year and within several months we had nice thick grass, no weeds, and the yard became usable. Over the last couple of years each year the lawn has become even more beautiful. Right now it's PERFECT and we could not be happier. Also, the price cannot be beat. I get a lot of calls selling the same service and I always humor the company and let them quote me a price per treatment.
