I explained my situation from my rear end accident which I had been suffering for a 1.8 years. I had been going to Chiro, massage, micro needling, physio but with only temporary relief. My headaches were so bad I was living on 8 to 12 Advil a day Just to function with some type of normalcy. I was unable to turn my head side to side, my left shoulder would not allow me to lift anything or even put on a seat belt, unable to hold my arm up, my mid back was in such pain it hurt to breath, my left hip hurt to walk and would not allow me to take stairs. This prevented me from doing any exercising or playing sports that I loved. I seen Brians add on instagram and went to see him right away. He took X-rays of my spine and a nerve scan. He showed me what had happened and put a program together to get my body back to a functional state. In the fall of 2014 the pain became very bad and my family physician changed my medication,as it had little effect he then doubled the dosage. The only thing that was changing was my personality, the pain was still there.
