Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!

We contacted Steve Schuman (as we know no one here in Apache Junction), and thankfully it turned out to be the correct call. Steve came over and inspected what we needed, and then He went with my wife to purchase the items needed to do the job, while his helper started uninstalling everything. This was a big help because he knew just what to get to do the job, and he helped my wife in selecting the best products. By the time they returned all was ready to install, the new toilets and sink. They were referred to us by one of the sales reps at Arizona Tile, who had used them several times in her home. We were not disappointed! Glenn, Tina and their staff did an excellent job and my wife and I were very happy. They did all aspects of the remodel work (electrical, wood flooring, backsplash tile, cabinet refinishing, painting, fireplace remodel) except for the installation of the kitchen countertops. It was so nice to work with one contractor who could handle all aspects of the job! The final costs were in line with their quotes and they never tried to nickel and dime us. In fact they did not charge us to restain the fireplace mantle, after we changed our mind on the initial stain color. Glenn and Tina are so easy to work with and will give you suggestions based on their experience, but won't ever pressure you.
