I loved their selection of wallpaper. The consultant was very helpful during the initial sale. When a 3 week wait turned into a 5 week wait with no phone call saying my wallpaper would be late, it took 4 attempts to get ahold of someone. I left messages with people and sent an email. Only then did they tell me that it would be a couple of more weeks. Finally when I picked it up, she may as well have thrown it at me. Not a single thank you for your business. Maybe I didn't spend enough money in their store. $280 for 2 rolls of wallpaper. I won't be back that is for sure. I would drive to another city first. read more

Even though they have a nice selection of paint, rock, tile, etc., and helps with one-stop shopping, their customer service is crap! They are not reliable. Not a great way to run a business, if you ask me. read more
