Ck's Need A Lift-Dennis my driver, was very prompt and courteous. I will definitely use them again!

Not a good service at all. For 35 minutes of ride, I was charged $240. My partner and I called and spoke to the owner she refunded partial payment and said that she doesn't understand why the driver, Denis, charged so much. I would not recommend this service to anyone. read more

Terribly rude driver. I asked about rate and other questions pertaining to service. He got nasty so I told asked him why he was being so rude. His response was 'why are you asking me' mine was 'im just curious for myself' He was a male who dropped off a fare from the hospital to vval in cottonwood on Sunday afternoon 7/29 He then bad mouthed me to my co-worker which was really uncalled for. I had to take my car in to get some work done and I was told that they could potentially keep the car all day. It got done mid afternoon and I had to find a ride to the repair shop which was 2.2 miles from my house (doesn't sound like a lot but it is when it's 100 degrees outside). Lyft and Uber aren't really in service outside of Sedona. At first I called All Hours Transport and they said it would be a 45 min wait but they recommended CK's if I couldn't wait that long. Chris came within 5 min of me calling and took me straight over to the repair shop with no issues. She was very conversant and seemed to love her job! It was a pleasant experience! read more

My heroine, and a true friend in my time of need...trying to get safely back to my home in Rimrock. truly, one of God's Angels on this Earth...as I languished in pain in the E.R. waiting room for hours, karla came to my rescue with great kindness and compassion..(Above and beyond the call). if I knew Karla would be my Driver? Would use the service multiple times, just to pick-up a Lil-Caesars Pizza, (At 260 Highway turnoff...down to my home in Lk. Montezuma). On Sunday December 29th I was helping a Hispanic woman and her two-year-old child get a ride. She handed me the phone so I could tell them where she was located. Chris the owner of CK's was on the phone and yelled at me stating that she would not be there to pick her up and to call hours. Not realizing what company was yet. I looked up CK's to get a ride and she answered the phone again very rudely told me she refused to come pick me up and to call all hours. I ended up calling a friend of mine to come pick her up so she wouldn't be standing out in the cold with her child. Never again will I use cks. read more

Do not use! One of the most unprofessional rudest businesses I've ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with it. I have used them several times until the point of enough is enough. Horrible customer service from the owner herself. Not to mention She wants to charge you for every left hand turn she has to make! Rude rude rude!! I am in social work, and deal with homeless individuals. When I mentioned this to her, all she could do is complain about the homeless community. Our Car broke down Sunday in Jerome and I called CK's after we found out a tow truck was going to take hours! Chris was wonderful, polite, friendly and very helpful. She sent someone right out to get us. Our wait was short and he called us when he arrived. Our driver was an older gentleman named Johnnie, he was AWESOME! He drove us down the hill into Cottonwood to both AutoZone and O'Rielly to get the parts we needed and then back up the hill to get us back to our car! He was friendly and polite! Car was clean and I was completely comfortable with his driving. I have their number save in my phone and will not hesitate to use them again. Thank you! read more

I have good experiences with CK's Need A Lift, in the past. And, never thought to write a review, my bad, cause, I am usually good at doing good reviews, more often than not so good ones. Tonight I called for a cab, from CK's...a well spoken, aware sounding, African American male answered. He told me it would be about 10 - 15 minutes, before a pickup, that it's Friday night, and it's busy. He said I'm in Clarkdale, and the other driver is... wherever... can't remember where he said. So, I asked, based on what he said, Will it be closer to 30 minutes? He responded; " Why don't you call All Hours Transport, I ain't got time for this!" He hung up on me. I called back, it went to voicemail, I said i had just wanted to know a realistic time frame, in my questioning. And, that I was going to call All Hours if I don't hear back. I didn't hear back, and, I did say I was going to leave an honest review about my experience, not fabricated. I called All Hours Transport...Russ answered...I asked for a pickup. He said about 20 minutes. I said; Could it be longer than 20 minutes? He said; Yes, it's hard to tell." I said; " Would you call me before you head my way?". He said! "Yes." My experience with Russ was so pleasant! It's not the first time Russ has been the driver, and he is a real gentleman, who has a great handle on honest, and transparent customer service!!! I'm a fan of All Hours Transport!!!! Highly recommend All Hours Transport!!! Just as I was finishing this review, Russ called and said he was 5 minutes away...I said... Thank you, I'll be waiting! CAUTION!! We prearranged a round trip ride. Paid for the return up front. They promised someone would be there at 9:30 for the return ride. No one showed up. When I called, the driver was rude! Very rude! He said he didn't know when he'd be able to pick us up. We had already paid but had to pay again for a different ride. If you chose to use them, good luck! read more

Had a ride home from VVMC. Owner drove. The last thing a sick person needs is to have a screaming, malicious driver to deal with. She was so foul and abusive. Previous drivers were OK, never had her as driver before. It is unsafe to have such an abusive, malicious person interfacing with people. Will never use that company again as I can't risk my life if she turns out to be the driver again. There are other 24 hour services available and spoke with them. They're rational, so will use them instead. Have informed hospital of the abuse. It's abuse of an elderly and abuse of a disabled person what she did. read more

These guys were great. I saw the poor reviews, so we called ahead to make sure we connected with someone. They called us back to make sure we still needed the ride when we were running late. Then, they texted as they approached. Jo was very friendly. The rate was reasonable between Clarkdale and Cottonwood. The vehicle was clean and in good repair (although, I could personally do without the air freshener, but I'm sensitive). read more

Ck's vehicle was the filthiest van I have ever seen. It looked as if it had not been cleaned for years. Dirt, grime, and the remanence of spilled drinks on the doors and carpet. Lyft app won't work with my phone so I can't use them. Uber app updated but no vehicles are available on a busy wine tasting day so no go with them. We're trying to be safe but gave no options. Really disappointed read more

They told me it would only be 15 minutes and after and hour and me calling about 5 times i got the clue that they were ignoring me and ignoring the fact that i needed their service. Unfortunately this is the only taxi servicr in this small town so i guess i will just have to post craigslist ads for personal drivers when i need them, because that is much more legit than this business. read more

When I first spoke with the lady, the driver told me that she is the owner, she was very very rude. She had an attitude the whole phone conversation, I needed a ride about 2 miles away, she said that the driver is going to Clarkdale and she is in camp verde and it would be 30 min. I did not have a problem waiting. An hour later I called the driver himself, because I was still there waiting. he advised me to call the owner, I responded with, I did, an hour ago and she said you would be there in a half hour. The driver never got the info he was supposed to pick me up and I have not heard back from the owner. The driver himself was nice to ride with, but I would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

I called all hours transport the night before to make sure i didnt miss the bus the next morning. And to no surprise they didnt show. The owner for ck's picked me up last min and because i missed the bus she offered me the trip to sedona for half the price which is what all hours transport should have done since it was thier fault i missed it in the first place! read more

We waited at the Cottonwood Hospital with an 89 year woman sitting in her wheelchair in the lobby for an hour and forty-five minutes with still a no-show of a taxi!!! We were told 30 minutes because "they were slammed" and finally a kind person in the lobby offered a ride the 3 blocks we needed to go at 11:30 pm.This created unneeded stress on an elderly person and we will not call this company again. read more
