Sprinkler System... James the owner... No showed several…read moretimes. I had Requested the James ... the yr prior he was a different person than he is now. Ended up with a person who just moved here from California and started working for James. This person did not set the sprinkler system as I had asked... set it totally different. But told me he had set it as I asked and I did not find out he hadn't until the next day when the system ran. I am a Widow ... so now my water bill is sky high... and they told me to set the ck on my porch - each day for 3 days I was told he would come by and pick it up -- he never did. While his hired person was here he told me adamantly that he did not believe in God ... etc. That is a scary statement for most of us... especially widows alone! I finally took the check in off the porch ... and James called the police and complained about me. I am also an Ordained Reverend... This is pretty bad stuff they have put me through right after losing my husband. James was aware that my husband had passed... Think Twice... on this one. Very BAD experience for me... I told him I was going to call the police so he called them immediately after I said that to him... Told them a story to make me the widow/Reverend sound like the bad Guy -- I could take a polygraph to this and pass!

Richard delivered on all of these and then some. During the process, he continued to consult with us and kept us informed of his schedule. We greatly appreciated his flexibility in allowing us to complete some of the work ourselves and the tips he provided to us along the way. They are on sloped terrain so the job wasn't easy but On Point made it look easy. They brought in a Bobcat to haul the trimmings from the back of our property through our side yard (only about 7' wide) to the front to their trailer so they could haul everything away. Brett gave us a fair price, was here in time and did what he said they could do. The trees look great! We're completely satisfied and highly recommend On Point for your tree service needs.
