Many reviewers throw around terms like "reasonable" or "fairly" priced, only to learn that these are euphemisms for "high priced, but I'm ok with it". Danny is very fairly priced. I thought he did an awesome job and I am pleased with the cost. I would add that the experience with Danny himself is more than a simple transaction. He is very warm and personable. It feels really good to do business with someone you really feel deserves the business. He is committed to doing a great job and he is genuinely trying to do it all right. He communicated frequently and asked permission to come over to survey the area AGAIN and make sure he could get his equipment into the neighborhood w/o impacting my neighbors. So thoughtful! I hired D&B to remove a limb that fell during a recent storm, with work scheduled on a Friday. The…read morework wasn't done, but since Saturday had been given as an alternate I wasn't too concerned. When nobody showed on Saturday, I had the limb taken care of by someone else. I wasn't too bothered until the owner called the following Tuesday and asked about rescheduling and I told her I was not happy about not being contacted at all. Her excuse was that she was out of town. Sorry lady, my time is just as valuable as yours. If you're running a business and know you won't be available, have someone else keep customers updated so they feel like they mean more to you than just dollars.
