Today, I was absolutely shocked to see one of their employees come out after cleaning the floors and hurl a bucket of filthy water on a homeless person sitting outside the shop... completely drenching him and what little possessions he had. Don't get me wrong; I'm not a fan of having to step around homeless people to get somewhere, but this was ridiculous. I don't know how to communicate in French what I was thinking at that moment, but fortunately several other people walking by did, and lit her up like a Christmas tree. As much as I have enjoyed going to this shop, I will never step foot in it again. Utterly disgraceful.
