The staff were very professional, my daughter was very relaxed prior to the piercing and was fine after it was done. We were given everything we needed in regard to aftercare for her ears which have been fine since. We didn't use any other services in the shop so this review is purely about the ear piercing. I used to love going into this shop as a teenager as I could often buy earrings for a low price which were better quality than say if I got them from New Look. I have found their range to be a bit restricting now, with a lot of jewellery becoming a bit 'chavy'. The shop itself is of a great design. You walk in and look at the jewellery which is presented around the side of the shop in glass cabinets. You then take a form and fill out what you want (like Argos) and take it to the counter. They then fetch the item for you & you have the option of buying a presentation box.
