Ashley, at the front desk, looked over my insurance plan and made sure I had the best deal available since chiropractic services can be pricey. When I arrived everyone was warm and explained everything to me. The chiropractor was very knowledgeable and examined me thoroughly. They are certified in prenatal chiropractic and massage. (M.F. for short) took the liberty to re-arrange my skeleton as he put it just like people remodelling their house, they have to reframe the house frame! The front desk clerk was so happy that I had unlimitted number of visits benefit. I was not aware of that. The treatments went along and I provided feedbacks on each treatment. Then it turned from good results to very bad. I started to have shooting pain down my left leg, my stroke affective side with weakness. The doctor continued with his agressive treatment plans: 3 times a week. Then the pain started on my right side, used to be my good side! I asked M.F. when I can stop having the treatments. M.F. replied "when you're stablized", I asked M.F. how do you know what pressure to use on me, I had (still have) osteroporosis. He said he used lighter forces. I became weaker and could barely walk to his office for treatments. I kept asking about a re-exam, M.F. gave me a disapproval look each time. I asked him about taking an xray, he said he was affraid the insurance would not pay for it. I told him about excruciating pain just to put one foot in front of the other to go to bathroom at night. Then one day he asked how many treatments I've had so far, I replied 16 including this one. M.F. relucktantly asked the clerk Jessica to schedule a -re-exam. It took him a while to show me the photo of my back which seemed to be more even than before. He might have used some photo touch up application! Then he ordered once a week treatment with reccomendation to call in make appointment when I have pain. He knew that I would have pain. He knew where the pain came from. He just did not stop to investigate what cause the pain. He treated me like a cash cow! The unlimitted visits benefit was harmful to me in fact!. If it were just 10 or 12 or 15 times limit, my lumbar injury would not be so severe! In January 2025, I took an xray but it did not show the lumbar area clearly. Until October 2025, my Muscular Skeletal doctor Marcel P. Fraix, D.O., ordered an MRI of my lumbar spine. The results showed 2 vertebrae L4-L5: "moderate to severe foraminal encroachment on the right and moderate narrowing on the left". On L5-S1...spurring from the left facet joint result in mild left foraminal enroachment." The doctor explained that was why I've been having pain! Now I no longer have a strong side! They both have pain down my legs and the right side is worst than the left side! I lost whole year of my life to pain, the pain that I never experienced in my life before treatments with M.F.. I lost the whole yaer not being able to do weight bearing exercises to improve my osteoporosis condition! All treatments M.F. gave me after the day I reported the first pain on my leg were unnecessary. They could not make me "stablized" so I could cease the treatments. They only made my injury more severe! Marvin Frances, D.C. saw my pain and suffering as his revenue stream. In November 2025 he sent me a "Happy Birth Day" email. I did not reply. Then he continued to send me more emails for "Thanks Giving" office hours and for "New Year" office hours. I never replied! It would be suicidal to go back to that chamber of torture! I recently reviewed DEXA bone scan results, they showed my bones indeed worsen compared to 2022 when I first started taking Alendronate medication.

Then she sent a certified letter to me a few weeks later terminating the Dr patient relationship with a CC to their attorney! Can we say passive - agressive implied threat? While some of them may help for jet lag , flu and hangovers I take exception to the one called the "Myers cocktail" They imply in their literature and web site that it can help a wide list of diseases including dementia , Alzheimer's,... need I say more? Ok... my mother is dying right now from this horrible disease I know ALOT about it. I did mention to the office manager that It felt a bit scammy and wrong to imply that a vitamin Iv would help Alzheimer's. 99% of neurologists will tell you that a cocktail iv might offer a small vitamin boost. It will not help or slow down the diseases listed in the advertising for this Myers Cocktail. The two offices in this practice are not wheelchair accessible, based on my experience I feel the staff lacks ada, cultural and mental health competence.

I have been to Doctor Waterman's on many occasions. He has got to be one of the best doctors I have ever gone to. His care and genuine concern for you shines through everything that he does. After having been in a car accident that put me through horrible pain I was cared for by Dr. Waterman and now the headaches and pain are completely gone. One day I had vertigo and the doctor fixed me in less that 20 minutes! Then recently with major spinal pain and neck pain because of twisting or turning the wrong way and he had me up and running again. Doctor Waterman wants great results and does whatever he can to get those results. Sometimes conversing with Dr. Waterman can be awkward only because he does have a quirky personality but once you get to know him you learn not only is he a great doctor but a man of great integrity. I got recommend by a friend of mine I was having foot pain in the nerves of my foot he told me to go to Claremont Chiropractic and see Dr. Waterman.. When I got to Claremont Chiropractic the location of the office was so close to my house I loved it. I walked in and everyone there is so nice and also the atmosphere. Dr. Waterman came right out and welcomed me and said let's see what we can do for you today. He worked on my foot and after the visit the pain was gone and it has been gone ever since I have seen other Dr's and have tried other things and nothing worked. But what Dr. Waterman did worked I was amazed and now able to walk with no pain at all thank you Dr. Waterman. Dr. Mark is the best in the business. I only trust Dr. Mark and his team with the care of my family and their wellness. I've been going to Dr. Mark since 2001 he is very well educated. I once had issues with Vertigo which took him 5 minutes to solve after suffering for 2 weeks before seeing him. He also took care of an auto accident injury that would have easily made me paralyzed or worse if it was not for his care. Dr Mark is the doctor known for great results because he truly cares about his patients and their overall wellness. Sometimes, I'll ask the Dr about overall health and nutrition, and he always provides me the information in order to make an educated decision or advises me with alternative ideas. read more

My primary gave me a neurologist referral along with migraine meds,gabapentin, and pain meds Nothing helped and my neuro appointment was a month away. I was so overwhelmed I was willing to try anything. I called Dr. Tony and made an appointment. I was seen right away. He took x-rays before we proceeded and knew exactly where to start. He took me off all meds and gave me some stretches to do, along with an office visit 2x a week for 3 weeks. ALL OF THE PAIN AND NEUROPATHY WENT AWAY. I came here with minimal hope of improvement since I figured just being pregnant would aggravate my condition. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Ashley, at the front desk, looked over my insurance plan and made sure I had the best deal available since chiropractic services can be pricey. When I arrived everyone was warm and explained everything to me. The chiropractor was very knowledgeable and examined me thoroughly. They are certified in prenatal chiropractic and massage. I was adjusted and always felt very comfortable and I walked out of there definitely feeling better! My back pain has improved this week, I plan to get adjusted regularly for the rest of my pregnancy.

I was not just a spine needing an adjustment to him. He addressed a hip and a minor neck issue with an adjustment. But he did way more than that. He put me through a range of motion and strength assessment. He gave me advice on training areas that I need to address.
