My boyfriend looooves the fat burger restaurant here. It is his preferred fast food joint in clarion. More importantly, what I came to write this review for, was the service. I thought there was just the older gentleman working there (I hate to refer to him that way, but I didn't get his name). He had a line of people, and people just kept coming through the door. He was also dealing with some difficult customers ahead of me. This was maybe an hour and a half before close. I wasn't in any rush and he was so nice and accommodating. I obviously don't know protocol there for employees, and who does what. However, to my surprise, there were two other people working there. But he was doing everything by himself, running register, and making food. I wish I had taken the time to tell him what a nice job he was doing. And handling it so well. He didn't seem frazzled or upset. He definitely deserved some recognition. Especially with some customers getting a little impatient. But there were so many there for just one guy. Who ever he is, thank you! If you have patience, maybe give it a try! I've not been there before when it was slow. So I'm sure they get good business. read more

This place has gone down hill. Bathroom are gross. Very poor up keep. Hours suck for people traveling. Do yourself a favor and go one more exit to a very clean and well keep travel center. read more

Stopped here on 6/15/26 while traveling through the area to use the restroom and grab gas, food, and coffee. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the facility was extremely disappointing. The laundry room door was open, and towels from the showers were piled high on the floor. Upon entering the restroom, I found a toilet continuously running in one stall, and approximately half of the stalls were in unsanitary condition. There was visible feces on at least one toilet seat and what appeared to be feces on the floor next to another toilet. The few stalls that were usable still had toilet paper and sanitary product wrappers scattered around them. My husband and son expressed concern about the sink in the mens bathroom smelling like vomit as well. After seeing the condition of the restrooms, my family and I decided against purchasing food from the location, as it raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the facility. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not choose to stop here again when traveling through the area. read more

This new travel plaza is a great addition to the town. Located right by Microtel it is easy to reach off exit 62 on I-80. According to a local FB page is open 24/7 (not sure about that). There are a few fast food restaurants on the premises. It is an Exxon gas station with new touchscreen pumps and diesel available for truckers. Definitely convenient if looking to fill up your car and spend the night in town. read more

All the right foods you'd need! I've had lunch there a several times, because if the quick service, and Great food at a very decent price!. However, I have never seen anything come out of the Tiki Shack. I don't know much about Indian cuisine, and in my opinion, it's looks like it's not making the progress as the other businesses are making. There is subs, pizza, burgers & wings, coffee & donuts. I feel bad for a business that's not making a cut. This place offers a large seating area and a gambling room. However, the tables are left quite dirty after eating. Every table has a napkin holder that promotes... safe"hygiene", and I don't understand how that can be if there is no spray bottles of cleaner or handi-wipes available to wipe off tables. Clearly the shops that are there are run by a single person, and are very busy at times, but if they have no one standing in line to order, they should be out on that floor cleaning the area. Other than the fact that gas here is $.30 more expensive than across the bridge, they tried to reinvent the wheel. Five restaurants with three employees. Thought I was gonna have to fist fight a teenager cause I had to ring the bell! Worst fucking attitude ever I hope this place fails! read more
