Didn't have anything prepared for the child custody part. Days before hearing she lied to me about the possible outcomes and her strategy. If you still decide to go with her, prepare the templates you want for settlement yourself, and bring paper and a laptop as Erika most probably won't have it. Also, get ready to send the same documents over and over for discovery, and don't feel surprised if you get documents about opposite-party discovery with a few months' delay..
