Large selection of styles, however: They do not have many width fittings for kids. If your child is a wide fitting you are unlikely to find anything for them here. They also don't always have every size in all the styles. Be aware you may well make the trip with your child and come away with nothing. It all just depends what they had left over as overstock from previous seasons. Also, beware of their fitting service. I have often had them measured elsewhere (ie at a regular Clarks) and then gone to the outlet and found that they say their feet are a totally different size (which turned out to be wrong). Just get them measured elsewhere first and then learn online how to feel the child's foot to see if the shoe fits though and you will be fine. I always check the kids fit myself after the salesperson in EVERY shoe store anyway nowadays. This is simply because over the years we have had issues like this in lots of different places. Adult-wise I have bought a couple pairs, and they are just slightly older styles (still fashionable though)from the past year. Boots are usually a good buy. Overall - not a one stop shop, but worth a look! If you can find a pair (for the kids or yourself) you will be saving lots - usually 50% or more. read more

this shop is situated in mcarthur glen shopping centre. it is a discount store because most if not all of the shoes are from last seasons stock, but i mean, who can tell! it is a very busy shop and is run with an iron fist. for the kids, you have to take a ticket to get measured, then go and choose a few styles, take another ticket to get your size and try them on, then go to the till to pay. because it is so busy the staff can get a bit impatient if you are taking your time (cant get the kids to agree with you) , other than this they are lovely people. the quality of the shoes are excellent and are very reasonably priced, especially the rate my dayghter goes through them, i normally ahve to buy them 2 at a time. read more

the first thing you notice about this shop is the good bargains. the second thing you notice is the staff who don't give a hoot about you. I've been twice now and twice my kids feet have been incorrectly measured. the first time I put it down to bad luck but the second time.? Not impressed. The staff also go out of their way to avoid eye contact to make it more difficult to get their attention. read more

I went to you store yesterday with my 4 children, we waited nearly 30 minutes in the queue (to be expected at this time of year) and were then shown to the gentleman who measured their feet. He didnt actually say more than 3 words to us oh well never mind maybe he is sick of speaking to kids all day every day We then go and select shoes for the boys, easy enough they have their size great. Move onto our girls we select the style she wanted, wait patiently for 10-15 mins to get fitted. We are called by a young lady who starts to fit my daughters shoes. No pleasantries are spoken to her she just rips up her trouser legs and nearly sends her flying over as she wasnt expecting it. The shoe fitter runs her hands over the shoes and precedes to tell me they are no good as to wide for my daughters feet Ok I say what do I do next, girl replies erm I dont know pick more. I suggest maybe insoles? Isnt that her job? Fitter said yes maybe and walks away and then comes back saying she doesnt have insoles for her size. I ask which style of shoe would be best, fitter replies any. Obviously not as the pair we did pick didnt fit. She then tells us to go and pick more then get a new number and wait. I am truly shocked at the service I received in store today, so annoyed in fact we left without any of the 4 pairs of shoes we intended to buy. Truly diabolical service is it not common courtesy to speak to customers? Not nearly knock over young children and actually help the parents to find shoes that actually fit, give recommendations and advice etc read more
