I brought it to them thinking a new lens cover and cleaning might be the fix. Here's where an experienced technician comes in, Turns out the lens cover was fine. They took off the screen and cleaned the camera lens from the inside along with the tiny lens that does face recognition. Who would have guessed that was the answer? Not only did my camera work great afterwards but my face recognition, which had also been acting weird, was back. No lens cover replacement needed! The Iphone X lives on!

Yes, they are friendly when you purchase and even when you have a problem BUT what is the point when no one seems to understand especially when you are in need of what they promised you would work I have spent 239 plus 25 for transfer of files for one computer and 175 plus 50 for another refurbished computer not to mention the WiFi card that I had to purchase when the computer (when I brought it home and realized there was NO WiFi card in it, that would have been helpful to know) I am sure NOW I will get a call or maybe not because I see that they like the positive reviews that the owner pointed and mentioned repeatedly to me.
