Anyway - yesterday it was delivered! Over the last weeks/months we dealt by phone with Daniela at Coles who took care of us, kept us apprised of what was going on and made storage and the final arrangements. Great service on her behalf!! The two gentlemen who delivered our goods were amazing in terms of professionalism, skill and service - and really nice guys to boot! Jon and Darren went above and beyond delivering everything to two different locations (boxes to our storage unit and furniture to our home - all prearranged with Daniela). They unpacked and assembled (where necessary) the furniture with care, humor and expertise. I wish that the people (different company) in the US had been professional too - then the things that broke as a result of careless and poor packing would have arrived intact. Even though, we did not agreed to help me dismantle one 3 doors wardrobe they done the job for me with no extra charge. They was very polite and friendly, the price was good.
