Customer service is great and their Shisha is one of the best Ones that i've tried in the GTA. The interiors are beautiful and inviting, tvs everywhere, but it's certainly on the smaller side, so it would get filled up pretty quick once people start knowing about this place. The place filled up very quickly after that and eventually turned into a club/lounge. So I highly recommend making reservations. Ambiance: they place is lit up in red lighting, there is a dance floor, the tv was playing some Netflix show. The lounge very much caters to the south Asian population as 90% of the music played that night was Punjabi/Indian. The crowd was going wild! It was entertaining to watch. Great ventilation so the place isn't filled with smoke. Eventually, the music does get really loud so it's hard to talk. Highly recommend if you are in the mood to just dance. I enjoyed our food, it was delicious. The Shisha itself was not bad either. They do have options for shisha ranging from $25-$75. Service: the staff was nice however once we were served, they did not really come back to check up on us. We had to seek the servers attention to get assistance. Apparently, there are call buttons at each booth, not sure if that's the case for tables as well. If there was any, we were not informed.
