Hello to anyone reading this following comment.I hope this comment finds you in good health and that your having a wonderful day.Okay to set my point and scene.This was my family first experience at this location and it was the WORST we've ever had.To start there was a line (which okay that's understandable,especially for an establishment such as this one.We respected this of course and made a line).Anyways we were instructed to move our car forward which we did do however a car reversed and hit our car.This caused my father massive distress and the employee who basically created this traffic in the first place took no accountability for it.(Especially since he was the one who was giving INSTRUCTIONS to the drivers to move forward).It caused massive conflict and tension between my father and the employee since he didn't even try to understand the situation (there was a massive lack of empathy on their behalf).If an employee lacks the empathy for its costumers or overall consumers that's how you know that they won't care about your car and they'll put minimum effort into cleaning your car.This is what made me pull out my phone and search the reviews people have had on yelp.And well I guess now I know why they have a 1.6 on yelp.We do wish to believe that this place does have the potential to be something great so we do have some recommendations that we hope they take into account for the future.I do wish that they would reinforce the idea of the lines and how they work by adding signs that people can read for further comprehension of how this whole establishment works.It would have been so much more useful instead of having an employee that lacked the social skills to do this.I do want to apologize for this massive essay but I wanted to share my experience with everyone so they know what they are in for.For those who want to know we're currently still in line for the car wash experience we were here at 11:00 and it's now 2:10 (3 hours and 10 minutes.We are being attended right now.The time wasted here isn't worth the general experience.Especially if you need a quick clean up of sorts.I don't think anyone wants to wait an hour+ for this such of treatment and such service.From what I've researched the employees do a horrible job at cleaning and I can confirm that's true.Even if you do want to give this place a try just don't come here with high expectations.Furthermore I'd like to thank anyone reading this for the time.Thank you. read more

Is it just me or do you feel like you're transported back to a1960s disco when you walk into the store for this car wash? I visited this car wash after acquiring a car wash voucher from a dealership on Northern Blvd. Since I don't live in Queens, I went for a car wash on that very day. To my surprise, the line was super long to get in - mostly because it was a Saturday afternoon and it was a nice day. Once you reach the front of the car wash though, you're asked to come out so that they can vacuum the interior. Then the car is pretty much taken through the car wash as you walk into the car wash store to make your payment. For those wondering, all the prices of the different car wash options are listed on a menu at the front of the car wash entrance, and, from the glance that I got of it, they are definitely on the high side, even by 2021 standards. For the Basic, which is the least expensive car wash option, it was $19 for cars and $21 for larger vehicles. Yes, $19 for a car wash! I typically go to a local car wash by my home and it's $10, for the least expensive selection, which I already complain about, but $19 is really outrageous. Anyhow, luckily I had a car wash voucher or I definitely would not have stopped by. As for the service, the vacuuming was sort of half-a$$. When I got back into my vehicle, the carpeting was still sort of dirty. The wash of the exterior of the vehicle was OK, nothing special. The one thing that did stand out had nothing to do with the wash itself, but the experience. The 10 second walk into the car wash store where the cashier is located was interesting. You have to walk through a small corridor filled with glass mirrors and neon lights before reaching the store. Was shocked to see no one waiting for either an oil change nor a car wash especially for it being very warm and labor day weekend. Wait time used to be 45 minutes to 1:15. I literally pulled up wondering why its empty when someone that seemed not to work there was yelling hurry up come on. I drove my car in and was shocked when I was told 110 for the oil change I was quoted over the phone was 69.95 original honda and 89.95 for synthetic. then was told doesn't include filter and crush washer. Other thing accurate was the extra .5 liter oil since my car requires 5.5. I wonder what they do with the remainder .5 liter. Here's a tip for carwashes, if the car moves very slow thru the process, it will come out cleaner. If it moves faster than normal, like it takes 1.5min or less to go thru, its gonna be a bad wash. $10 for a decent machine wash, hand (semi) dry and quick vacuum job. They didn't bother wiping down the dash or Windows, weak. Mats look good, but they didn't bother getting crumbs out of the center cup holders, fail. I won't come back. I was looking for a place to get a undercarriage wash, the near by car wash's lift was broken and said this place had one. Visit #1: Got there at 6:20PM There was 1 car ahead of me getting on the lift, and they denied me service stating they close at 7PM. I was pissed, thinking it can't possibly take 40 minutes to do one rinse, but I've never had a undercarriage wash done so I have no idea how long it would take. I chill out for the week and try again. Visit #2: I knew it was gonna be raining later so I called them at 11AM asking if they will be able to do this service for me today if I get there at 12PM, The lady puts me on hold, goes and ask somebody, comes back and confirms that I will be able to get the undercarriage wash despite the weather. I get there at 12PM, and the worker tries to deny me service... I said I called, and he goes to grab another guy (who I later found out was NOT the manager), and he said they're working on something and to come back in an hour. I grab lunch and come back in an hour, and they all left... leaving me furious, and a manager who can't do anything cause he didn't know about it said I should of talked to a manager in the first place. I took my car to get washed and vacuumed this afternoon. They did a good job vacuuming my car; however, they did a horrible job washing my car. When they finished, there were still dead bugs on my grill, dead leaves on the bottom of my windshield and bird poop on the windows as well as smudges on the inside of the windows. I asked a worker to clean these and he only used a wet rag that was used to mop up water off the previous car he had worked on. They went through the motion like they are doing something but they didn't even clean the interior of windows, (You can see the hazy build up) soap in the door jam, rear view mirror, tires... didn't even touch rear windshield I can see their car wash machine is so antiquated it belonged in museum. Everything including automatic brush haven't been cleaned (not to mention window customer look through is so dirty & dingy, can't see my car as it passes through the machine).
