I strongly recommend that consumers STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH and carefully consider the risks…read morebefore signing up for a membership. I signed up for a membership and only used the car wash for a few days in October 2025. I canceled my membership at the end of that period and had absolutely no intention of continuing the service. Despite the cancellation, this business continued charging my account for MONTHS. I ultimately discovered that I had been charged more than $300 for a service I had canceled and was no longer using. What is even more unacceptable is how this business handled my attempts to resolve the issue. I repeatedly tried contacting the owner directly to settle the matter. After our conversations regarding the charges, my calls stopped being answered, my phone number was blocked, and my emails were ignored. I also attempted to contact the corporate office and was unable to get a response. At this point, this is no longer simply a customer-service issue. I believe the charges made after my cancellation were unauthorized, and the complete lack of accountability or communication from the business is extremely concerning. Consumers should not have to close or replace their bank accounts simply to stop recurring charges from a membership they have already canceled. I am posting this review to make other consumers aware of my experience. Keep records of your cancellation, monitor your bank account closely, and do not assume that canceling your membership means the charges will automatically stop. I have serious concerns about how this business handles recurring memberships and customer cancellations. I hope the Georgia Attorney General's Office, including Attorney General Chris Carr, and the Better Business Bureau are made aware of these concerns and investigate complaints involving potentially unauthorized recurring charges. Over $300 was taken from my account after I had already canceled and stopped using the service. After numerous attempts to resolve the matter directly, I was left with no meaningful response. Consumers deserve transparency, accountability, and the ability to cancel a service without continuing to be charged. Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr, Better Business Bureau

I…read morehad done this with my car in prior long visits, but never in August heat with hurricane rains brutal enough to leak moisture in for mold to grow! I didn't discover this until I went to pack the night before departure! My husband tried to DIY clean, but I am allergic to mold and I refused to drive all the way back to Philly with my 7yo breathing that the whole way! Next morning I had to extend our rental another day and find a detailer. I called around and two other places were booked. I kept googling and found Waterworks! Lashamus answered and was very professional. He has 17 years of experience and has seen it all. I called a little before 10am and a crew of 4 men were at my rental house by about 10:30am! I expected to have to go to a shop which is how it works at home in PA. But in the Golden Isles detailers like Waterworks are mobile services, coming to you in a van equipped with everything needed to steam, pressure wash, vacuum, wax, ceramic coat, etc. I was trying to get an interior package I had seen offered by a different detailer, and Lashamus was very kind to adapt his offering/price to fit my needs. For $224 + tip I got a little over an hour of the team cleaning intensely. (I asked him to clean my air filters and he was happy to do so, but we decided to be safe and just replace them instead.) They eradicated the mold with steam and solution. With an active young child and pets occasionally riding too, I hadn't cleaned my interior in 5 years! They had a lot to clean on top of mold. Dirt, sand, dog and cat hair was totally gone. They did a great job, and my car was fresh for the very long trip back to Philly! Everything held up beautifully, and I got home with no worries of what we breathed the whole time.
