Went in and was purchasing multiple different types of liquor and went to register and the male salesman wouldn't accept my valid form of ID that blatantly proved how old I was and when the ID expired and then was accused of stealing by another female employee. Then after all pockets were turned out, she rudely walked away in anger of her inability to misuse her authority. Felt very disrespected by this staff and will not be coming back. No posted signs or verbal communication from cashier that if paying by credit/debit card, there is an additional $3 fee. Was not aware until cashier gave me a copy of receipt. After questioning this fee, I was told it was because a card was used. read more

if I could give a lower rating for one certain gentleman I would put zero I have never had the rudeness and the disrespectful service that I had tonight... I am a recurring customer that comes two to three times a week and spend approximately $20 each time and have been coming there now for approximately a year straight I am now searching on the internet for another liquor store due to the fact that 10:03 p.m. on Monday September 5th there was a heavier set gentleman with charcoal / gray and white hair that does not normally work evenings but on rare occasions that was so disrespectful and rude to me.... I am sure you have recording devices in audio every time you registers and where you do your sales pretty sure that's required by West Virginia state code and law and statues, mind you I did attend schooling to be a paralegal so I know for certain that there is record of every cell my card was transaction between the time of 10:00 p.m. and 10:02 p.m. and I also understand the fact that a business states when their hours are closed. due to the fact that on multiple occasions throughout the year I have called the business number because I also work an 8-hour shift and it's also late at night before I can make it to the business, but I have enough respect to call and say I will be showing up at 1 minute till or right on time or 2 minutes till etc..... gentleman proceeded to tell me right when my cell phone turned 1001 why I'm sitting outside the door through the drive-thru, that they were closed and he didn't care I should have got there sooner, I proceeded to say I am a reoccurring customer and I tried to call to be respectful cuz I know everybody wants to go home.... due to the fact that the individual did not understand that I only have Wi-Fi calling at the moment due to a situation with my cell phone provider that I tried to call to inform them I would be there and his remark was yeah you called 15 fucking times exact words I will repeat it again he said you called 15 fucking times and I said yes sir but my wife I was cutting out I was trying to be respect what to let you guys know I'd be the right at 10:00. he said this is the only time I'm doing this for you and I don't give a fuck what the occasion is next time ....
