I was afraid I may not be able to be serviced since I get off work at 6, but I was seated right away. Tracey was the one who served me, and I'm very pleased with the outcome. She did not rush me as I looked through the palettes of color choices, did not push me to get fake tips or other extra things added to my service (like some places did for me), took her time doing my nails, and was understanding and repeated herself when I couldn't understand her. When she asked me if I liked the color, she made sure I wasn't settling and just saying yes (I appreciated that). The lotion massage at the end was the icing on the cake. So instead of just being honest from the start, they told me to come back later -- after we'd already driven an hour. At that point, yes, I had an attitude. I was annoyed, and I expressed it. But I wasn't yelling or being aggressive -- I was just direct. Then the woman told me she was "scared"... which I still don't understand. Scared of what? A frustrated customer who wanted basic communication? They asked us to leave. It was unprofessional, confusing, and a complete waste of time. I'll stick to salons that can handle business, communicate clearly, and understand what customer service actually means. This place isn't it.
