My experience was not good with the install team. I would say the team did have the experience to do a good job but they seemed to be in a big hurry. In the process of being in a big hurry, one of the English as a second language, installers was hasty in trying to move my refrigerator out of its resting place to make more room for the countertop install. Without asking me YES or NO on this move he rolled it out and pushed it to the side which caused damage to my expensive wooden floors. I brought this up to the company rep and the installer denied it happened. We know our floors we know every inch and ding in the floor, this was not previous damage. Long story short, I am on the hook to repair my wooden floors at my cost. Whatever you do, if you go with them to get new counter tops, make sure you take pictures of the before and after and never leave them alone during the installation. read more

Crappy work!!! A dream kitchen became an utter nightmare. 1st install date, sorry your countertops are on wrong truck. Next date, sorry we broke the countertop. They retuen to do backsplash and its wrong, they return few days later w right backsplash and the caulking work is just disgusting, a 2 year old could have done better. read more

After 12 years of owning my own business, and doing millions of dollars in business deals during that time, this is only the second review I am ever writing on-line. I felt compelled to warn the community about how absolutely horrible this company is. It started with them cracking my granite on the way to my job site. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. The next day I get a call that it will be installed the following day, okay, great. I rearranged my schedule to be there for the installers. At 4pm that day I began trying to get a hold of someone to see if I had to cancel my evening plans to wait for them. Finally, at 5pm, I get a return phone call informing me that they do not even have the granite cut yet and are not planning on showing up that day!!! Extremely disappointing and enough to warrant a bad review, but it gets much worse. It was labor day weekend so I had to wait until Tuesday to get a phone call that for the inconvenience of the former week, and me wasting a day, they will knock off 16% from the purchase price. I felt that at least a 25% discount was appropriate, but they would not budge off of that discount, did not really care what I thought. I had to get the job done so I told them to go ahead, should have known better at this point. I sent one of my employees over to be there for the install. When they got there they asked for the sink, unfortunately they had already taken it when they came to measure. So now I am dealing with that headache of getting phone calls, etc. while they try and find the sink. They finally tracked down the sink at their warehouse and went back to retrieve it. Long story short, they went back for it and came again, causing the job not to get finished until 7pm that night, but wait, there's more! They also installed a 4" backsplash, even though I had confirmed in writing they were supposed to do a 5" backsplash. They had two sections of the granite not polished correctly, they forgot to install the dishwasher brace, and they did not caulk in the backsplash (only company I have ever dealt with not to do that). For all of these problems they refused to give me an additional discount. They did offer to replace the backsplash with the correct one, but at this point I did not feel comfortable having them back in my house. Another thing that really upset me about this process is that when they came out to measure their employee made a comment about being better than other granite installers because he was not a foreigner and spoke English. It was a weird comment but I shook it off. All of the other granite I have had installed was not by native English speakers, and I have also always been impressed by the quality of their work and their work ethic. Just felt that I should make you all aware of this incident as well. As of September 2017 C&A cabinets in Newville is using them as a sub-contractor, so just be aware of that as well if you use C&A for other work. read more

There are few times when I give people a bad review, but after 4.5 months of not reaponding, I'm pretty upset with Classic Rock, actually in Harrisburg, Pa. My counters came with the cuts for the faucet wayyyyyy too close and with the soap dispenser on the wrong side. They really owe me a new counter made right, but since there's not another piece of granite the same, I requested a major discount. They offered a new faucet to cover up the wrong holes. Really? I spent a lot on the nice faucet and features it has. I don't want a cheap faucet, thanks. Please make it right with a good financial compensation, Classic. Only crickets being heard. At LEAST communicate and work with my contractor, please! Bad form guys! read more

We would definitely recommend Classic Rock, and already have! Working with the Classic Rock team was a pleasure. They are professional, courteous, and reliable. I made a mistake, (first time granite buyer, and didn't realize we had to have our farm sink installed to complete the templating process) and they were very understanding, and worked with me to resolve the issue. We did have to make a couple minor jobsite modifications, and the installation team was prepared to do this work on-site as well. They were always on time, always called ahead to confirm appointments, completed a clean, quality installation, explained how to care for the tops, and took great care of our home during the process. I trust the Classic Rock team, and wouldn't consider anyone else for our granite or quartz tops. read more

if i could give 0 stars i would. They messed up my island counter tops. They had the cabinets placed wrong, even though they specifically sent someone out to make sure everything was good to go a week before. They are telling me i approved the sign off. Why would i be paying attention to the cabinets??? I am not a professional, nor a expert. They are blaming me and telling me i need to split the cost with them and pay another $900 for them to remake it! After already paying close to 5K. After numerous calls yesterday, i have yet to hear back. WORST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH. DO NOT GET YOUR COUNTER TOPS HERE. save yourself a headache. read more
