I hired this service to clean the dust off of two bedroom floors and blinds in a new home. I was…read morecharged $$225... I thought that was steep for just two rooms but said ok and asked them to send me an invoice. I've many contractors and pay all on time. When I got home that night the folding closet door had obviously fallen with the device puncturing the wall and the door then set aside. The walls were fresh new paint from a week prior. I waited to get an invoice to mention the wall. the invoice never came. Finally two weeks later invoice comes so I mention hey btw .. this happened to my wall on your watch. I paid her as soon as she asked but in response to wall damage I was told to "f" myself and that she was going to personally sue me. The cleaning job was subpar, expensive, payment method had no order or time and people are honestly scary and abusive if you have any concerns.

We had them in to do a spring cleaning of our condo at Ocean Isle Beach back about a month ago and this past week had them back to do a sprucing up clean and they are so far and above any other folks we've had in to clean that it's amazing. It's a young couple, Greg and Miranda, and apparently they share the same work ethic and it's intense, I must say. They bring all their own cleaning supplies, tools like mops, brooms, vacuum, and they're in motion, and I mean intense motion, from the minute they arrive. Attention to the little details has always been my pet peeve with house cleaners but these folks left nothing to complain about; they did everything from clean the exterior windows, spotlessly and without a streak anywhere, wiped down baseboards, took light fixtures down and cleaned not only the globes but the light bulbs as well, got under and behind everything, every piece of furniture, the stuff you always want to get done yourself but rarely get around to doing. Another thing I like about them is that they're not a fly-by-night deal like some of the other cleaning folks we've had in. These folks are licensed and bonded, insured, the whole thing, which is comforting to know. They are courteous, friendly and hard-working and I highly recommend them to all. I could not find a single fault with any of their work and buddy, are they fast!
