Buyer Beware !! I would give this store a zero rating. They are now an online store with the Absolute wrost customer service they are deceptive in their business dealing. I ordered a pair of boots online from them and it has been a nightmare. I had to return the boots and prior to ordering had checked their refund policy which clearly stated that Refunds would be provided if you reached out to initiate the process before 30 days and a shipping lable will be provided. I initiated the process within 1 day of receipt, it took days to be acknowledge and I was informed I would be charged a restocking fee plus pay for shipping. None of this was disclosed prior to me making a purchase. I knew this was going to become a problem and took pictures of their website since then I have returned the boots it took well over 2 weeks from when they received the boots to get some of my money back they unfairly charged shipping and restokcing fees which you simply can't do if not disclosed prior to sale. This store is beautiful. The staff was very helpful especially Tammy. She kept checking on me, bringing me different sizes and boots. I would definitely drive an hour to shop there again. After purchasing a $760.00 pair of Old Gringo boots from Classy Crossroads online, I received them only to find out there was a hole in the heel of the leather. Contacted the store to exchange for an undamaged pair, which took 6 wks for them to return any one of the calls. Store contacted me, with an attitude of inconvenience, to say Old Gringo was sending a new pair. Received those and they were black instead of the brown I ordered. They now will not return the black ones. No store credit, no money back, no brown boots. They are offering nothing. They say "there is nothing they can do". This should have been a simple exchange. If you want the product you pay for this is not the company to use. Horrible customer service. Since when is it too much to get what you paid for? Do not do business with them. read more
