I thought I had made all the arrangements for a fun night at Knott's Scary Farm when it occurred to me that it would be much easier and more enjoyable to hire a driver and ride than having to designate a driver. I called Classy Limousine Service at almost the last moment before the weekend and was able to secure a reservation on short notice. I believe I spoke to Hanah on the phone to make my reservation, who also turned out to be our driver. She was very professional on the phone and after a couple of questions was able to suggest the appropriate sized vehicle for our party, she was also able to provide us with an early pick-up option should we choose to end our night early. On the night of the event, Hanah showed up on time at my specified location with an immaculately clean SUV, her driving was flawless, her knowledge of the area got us to our event on time and safely, and she is very pleasant to talk with. My party and I enjoyed a night of fun, but around 12:30am we had grown weary and decided to we were ready to leave, I texted Hanah that we had our fill of walking through crowds and as promised, she was there within 10 minutes of texting! Hanah provided excellent service and I will definitely call Classy Limousine Service again for my next group outing. We had our Christmas party last night and hired a party bus from Classy Limousine to take us from OC to Rancho Cucamonga with two stops in RC before coming back. Let me just say that when I tell you this company is a great deal, it's not solely regarding the price. Don't get me wrong, the price was fantastic but the driver, service and bus were amazing as well. We had a mishap during our party that caused us to be late for dinner and late returning and it was no big deal. They accommodated us easily and pleasantly. The music system was easy to use and the ride was really smooth. We definitely had more booze than the coolers could handle but there was plenty of room on the bus, even though we had the seats full of people. Excellent communication from both the driver and management. I am really bad at checking my phone and they never got annoyed with me. Super nice, super professional. I really felt like they were looking out for our needs, anticipating them most of the time! If I ever need a party bus again, Classy Limo would be my first call. read more

Really great communication when booking. We needed to make a change to a smaller vehicle a week before the event and they were able to accommodate what we needed. Able to text me pictures and videos and text me cost right away. They even decorated the sprinter van with happy birthday balloons and decorations which was a really special extra touch. They had picked up that it was a 35th bday and even got balloon numbers "3" "5" hung in there. Our driver Cindy was excellent, got us everywhere safely and was wonderful as well with phone and text communication. The only almost weird part was as we were in route to get on the bus I get a call from the person organizing everything saying we were going to have to switch vans at some point bc they had double booked, but not to worry all our stuff will be transferred over into the new vehicle with different driver. Oh and also it seats 10 max whereas what we reserved seated 13 max. So now right before we were arriving to get our party started there was concern about passengers and our belongings being moved. Somehow the switch never ended up happening and we kept our Sprinter van and driver Cindy the whole time! But for sure very strange that 20 minutes prior to getting to load in the bus there were all these changes and now we can't carry the same amount of passengers as originally agreed on and paid for.
