This place is always my go to. I have my own stylist, Wilson (Pedicure) & Liah (Gel Manicure). I have to go with who they assign me for the meantime due to Liah being out but i've had my fair share of disappointments because some wasn't as good as Liah. I enjoy the Vietnamese coffee that they offer while you get your nails done. They do rush sometimes but i do get that they get pretty busy. There are people i've seen who does a really good job like Jennifer, Na, Daisy, & recently seen John's work even though i haven't had mine done from him. I've been coming to Classy Nail for several years off and on because of my work location. What I appreciate about Classy Nail is there really usually is no more than a 5 to 15 minute wait since they always have so many workers available. I love to use VAN for my manis and pedis because she is meticulous about how she does nails, especially beautiful nail designs. AND out of all the nail techs there I've met over the years - VAN - does THE BEST FOOT/LEG MASSAGES, *BE WARNED* it's SO RELAXING YOU MAY WANT TO SLEEP IN YOUR CHAIR. Be picky about who you use because there were a couple of times I went with a nail tech who I wasn't familiar with because I needed to get out quickly, and experienced some physical pain getting my nails done. Again, even if I had some instances of using the wrong nail tech I've come back because it IS a convenient location, and I've had a lot MORE POSITIVE experiences there than negative. For example, overfiling of nails or cutting sensitive parts of the cuticles areas by more nerves this sometimes happens there. I have used Dorothy for waxing as well for several years, and she has been consistently gentle and efficient. For back up for Dorothy for waxing I've used Jenny as well. They both do good work, but Dorothy is a bit more gentle and has so many years of experience you can feel it. You are now welcomed with a non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverage as well. Staff there are friendly, and try to work fast to get you where you need to go. If they ask you for add-ons to whatever you're wanting to get done, they will go with what you want and you can refuse whatever they offer you. So don't feel bad saying no, THEY want you to have a great experience don't feel pushed to do anything you don't want to do. read more

Came here since my regular place was closed. Service was good. They were really friendly and quick to accommodate for 2 pedis and a gel mani without an appointment. They offer complimentary drinks and massage chairs are pretty comfortable. Only thing I'm not thrilled about is I specifically asked for my nails to be cut short and should not go past my finger tips. Most were but 2 same fingers were not on both hands. Cutting the skin around my nail beds also seems a bit weird. Like I gnaw at my fingers. My pedi tech was great. She did a great job with my toes and I do not have any complaints. I've been coming here for years!! Door #3 always when it comes to getting a wax. When it comes to a wax the quality is top notch. On a side note, I've also had nails done here on occasion as I only get my nails done once every five years due to a hand condition. The quality of work here is good. Overall the vibe of the location during the weekdays is quiet and chill on the weekends it can be very busy and boisterous. When it was time to leave and pay Jon body language was negative and he said something talking about me in Vietnamese. I have Vietnamese friends so I knew what he's saying wasn't good. Jon got an attitude with me so he charged me $100.. and when I said I paid 75 three weeks ago, they all looked at me crazy and said pay $100. Of course I paid it but no tip. The tip is included. had a very concerning experience at this nail salon. After my first visit, I developed an infection in one of my toenails, and part of the nail has since fallen off. This has never happened to me before, and it's been both painful, upsetting and extremely alarming. Additionally, all of my toenails have become unusually brittle after the pedicure. This makes me question the quality and safety of the products being used--whether they are too harsh, expired, or improperly handled. The overall cleanliness of the salon also raised concerns. Proper sanitation and disinfection practices are essential in this industry, and based on my experience, I don't feel confident that those standards are being met. Came here for the first time yesterday, had an horrible experience. I typically never complain on Yelp or google but I almost cried LOL. The nail tech basically cut some of my skin off near my big toe, to the point it started bleeding. She was like oops, sorry. Then she attempted to use some old raggedy brush to wipe off the blood, which I asked her not to. The service overall was extremely slow, the nail tech that worked on my hands did not file them correctly. I asked her to fix it and she said it looks good. She definitely keeps things moving and pushes her team to stay on point (lol), but that's exactly why everything is done to the highest standard. Just had the WORST pedicure I've ever had in my life! :-( So bad that I just overnighted nail polish remover from Amazon as soon as I got home. Can't wait to remove the nail polish already and file/ reshape them because some are slanted/crooked. The lady used a nail drill on the toes and cuticles and didn't buff them so when they painted the nails, it came out bumpy and uneven. I complained and pointed it out and she just layered another coat over it. The polish was so thick that it still wasn't dry over 2 hours later! Instead of using a cuticle trimmer to remove an ingrown nail, she used a the nail drill (again) and ended up cutting/burning the side of my toe! The ingrown is still there and hurts even more now!!! And all this took an hour and a half. I felt bad because it was an elderly lady. But we pay good money for these services and this is just unacceptable. Total Waste of money in addition to the nail polish remover, nail file, and buffer I had to overnight from Amazon to fix this. Will NEVER come back read more

Avoid this place at all costs while I had a satisfactory hair removal and manicure my pedicure was colossally horrible I am now leaving with no paint on any toes and every single toe is burnt. It's burnt from a product they had to put on to get off the terrible Gel that one of the people working for them put on it look like a kindergarten or had painted them. Every single toe is burnt at the cuticle. This place is filthy on top of it. All I spoke with the person who said she managed it. She said her name was Tracy. I'm not sure I believe her. I should've looked at the reviews before I came into the shop. The lady that did my eyebrows and lip did a very good job and she was tipped well. B- for effort, C- for results, F for hygiene. I regretted walking into the business. If I wasn't in such a time crunch, I would've went back to my regular salon. How bad could it be? I see so many people going in and out. It's rare to see male nail tech, I'm not one to discriminate, but I am curious to see if they are good. How should I say, he was smelly. Not only did he reeked of cigarettes, his hands smelled like an ashtray. My hands and nails ended up, smelling like his ashtray hands. As this guy worked on my nails, I never had such an urge to get things over with. I asked for short oval shape. He did a good job removing small bits of the old gel polish, but my nail shape was not even. There was one finger that had an angular shape. I had to correct him a couple of times. Clearly he couldn't see well, he kept looking near and far, adjusting his glasses like he can't see. I felt like he needed better lighting and vision. When it came to the final color, which was a basic pink, it looked nothing like it did on the booklet. The booklet looked pink but the bottle and nail, it looked like peach. He insisted that it was the right number. Even though it was the right number, maybe it's time to update the booklet. More importantly, the coats were uneven, polish on my skin and my cuticle, I could've done a better job. Every station looked filthy, dusty, poorly ventilated. I only got a gel manicure so I cannot speak for pedicures. I still tipped 20% in cash and paid $35 for mani w/ cc. Also, after I asked for gel mani, there's a lady who instantly asked if I need waxing. no thank you! I'm sure there are better and worse salons out there. Needless to say, good luck. read more

Very unprofessional and overpriced. I called ahead to ask what their prices would be for what I specifically wanted. Not only did they interrupt me mid sentence, their response was just "yes yes" "come come hurry" while I've barely even finished my sentence. All I asked for was an acrylic fill on all my toes with the same french tip design I already had on outgrown acrylic on my toes. When I arrived they told me it would be $65 but once it was time to pay they said it was $75 because of the french tip design, but they had first told me it was $65 with the french tip design already included? While the woman was doing my toes, she continuously burned and cut into my cuticles multiple times with the drill. Not only that, but when she was drilling for acrylic that was underneath my toe nail she didn't bother to pay attention and completely went into my skin with the pointy hot sharp drill. My cuticles hurt very bad and I let her know, but she still decided to put acetone right where she had already cut my skin badly. The nail polish and acetone burned my toes really bad and they still hurt. She continuously kept filling down my "nail" when she was clearly just filling my skin with the nail file and it was burning me with how fast she was going. The entire skin around my toes feels like it was burned off and it's very painful. The walls of the french tip design were completely uneven. I felt completely rushed and she didn't care to make the nails even. The entire design is all messed up and isn't clean. I have nail polish all over my toes and nothing was clean. I have multiple uneven nails where one is shorter than the other and everything is just completely uneven. I don't want to be a karen or anything, but for that high of a price just for an acrylic toe fill I'd at least expect a good experience. Definitely wouldn't recommend. read more

I went to this place thinking it would be a grand old time suddenly I realized that it was not gonna be a great time she started off by scrubbing my feet very aggressively started scrubbing so hard that my skin starts slowly peeling off it hurt extrusively after that it was all right I continued with the service and suddenly i looked down at my thigh and there was a brown bug crawling up the seat and then it got closer it was a brown cockroach i slapped it with a towel and got scared but we were already almost done with the service so I just continued knowing that there were cockroaches around I'm also frightened that I might have tetanus because I am itchy.
