The second I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and fun conversation. They are not the usual hair salon where every stylist uses the same boring conversation and small talk to attempt to convince you that they are interested in your day to day life. They make you feel as though you've been friends with all of them for years. Now, on to the service... I came in for a brow wax, and a hair cut. First off, I made a last minute decision to get my hair cut that day, and they squeezed me right in. Kristen did my wax and my cut. I don't think anyone's ever done such an amazing job on either one of those for me. She was quick, friendly, and did EXACTLY what I asked for. It was a tall order since she took about 5 inches off, plus put a ton of layers in. It looks and feels incredible. The shop was clean, conveniently located, relaxing, and they have surprisingly good prices for the quality of service and hospitality they provide. The only down side is that they don't take credit/debit, but there is a regions ATM right across the street. I would HIGHLY recommend this salon for anyone looking to get pampered in a fantastic and comfortable establishment.

I got a younger male and he filed my nails for almost 45 minutes and then he finally started. he was filing my skin i left with all my nails bleeding, these were my christmas nails and the lines were thick and uneven this last time i went the paint was chunky, they were all different lengths and width, and my acrylic was extremely too thick. she also filed my skin and made it bleed. Last time i went there was no heat and the power kept going out and the girl was yanking my arm and using her phone flashlight to "see" please don't go.
