I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I was assigned to Dr. Grageda as my primary care physician, but when I called to schedule an appointment, I was told she lives in the Philippines and can only offer telehealth for the rest of the year. When I asked whether she would have any availability in January, the front desk refused to provide any information. I specifically needed an in-person exam because I have physical issues that require observation, but I was told the only option was telehealth or seeing a nurse. The staff dismissed my concerns and told me, "We're following all the rules." They then hung up on me while I was asking a reasonable question. Regardless of where the physician is located, patients deserve respectful communication, transparency about availability, and access to appropriate care. This office provided none of that. I will be switching providers and cannot recommend this clinic based on the unprofessional behavior and the lack of access to my assigned PCP. read more

I highly recommend her as a primary care doctor. I've been a patient for over 4 years now. She helped me find out what I'm allergic too. I have brought my daughter in as well. When she was first born. They worked with her as gentle as they can. The care they provided was 11/10! As for the office experience, some of the desk people can be rude or your stereotypical fake nice office people. For the most part they are nice and try to get you in fast. You do and will have to wait for your appointment for awhile even if you get in early. read more

I am a new patient. Every staff member was kind and efficient. Dr Grageda and her staff are kind and thorough. Her PA's are just as efficient. I have many different ailments and they are attentive to each one. Referral process is also good. If you are new to this area or thinking about a switch, I highly recommend this office. read more

As much as we have enjoyed Dr. Grageda who is so cool and understanding.... Their office environment is in dire need of a great deal of change. The staff that is handling the calls is making it impossible for patients to call through to set up an appointment or when they're feeling really ill or in need of speaking with a licensed advice nurse who is almost unavailable these days. If possible, you would have to wait a day for them to call you back or at least call first thing in the morning. The office is small, the staff is overworked, and there is almost no backup doctor whenever Dr. G is unavailable. Also, on the day of your appointment, you'd have to wait at least 45 minutes PAST your scheduled appointment time. This is just NOT right. It really delayed the rest of my schedule throughout the day. It seems to a point they are taking in way too many patients than they should. To be fair, there should be a maximum limit of patients for all doctor offices. It is TIME for them to make changes by cutting back, expanding, hiring more professional medical staff, or not accepting more patients! read more

Switched over to Dr. Grageda a little over a year ago and glad I did. She is absolutely a wonderful doctor and I really appreciate her staff. Dr. Grageda is a great dr. She's been my doctor since i moved here in hollister almost 3 years ago. At first i was having hard time to look for a family physician since not all dr. Take my insurance(anthem bluecross medi-cal) or not accepting new patience or they don't like patience taking so much medication prior. (Which i don't understand) good thing i don't. With that being said here are some of my lists of pros and cons Pros: 1. Dr. Grageda is a filipina american dr who can speak english very well. (I'm proud and happy to have had found dr who i can be comfortable with speaking my native language) 2. She's accepting my insurance. Yes! it's covered thank God. 3. She takes her time to assess me with all my issues. She shows concern and care and very honest to her patience. And refer me to a specialist when i needed to. 4. If she's not available or not there, the nurse practitioner is the one will check up on you if it's just a follow up which i don't mind. 5. Dr. Grageda staff are all nice. Cons: 1. I will always come here 15mins or 10mins early before my appt. Time and you still have to wait for 20mins. Which again, i don't mind not unless I have important thing to do afterwards. In my defense to that with 1 doctor with so many patience that she has to attend to i understand the waiting time. That's about it. A couple of months ago at the pic of this pandemic she's also available to do the video call appt. Which is great. I'm not sure if she's still doing it bec. I just went there recently and i can finally go to her clinic..just have to wear mask ofcourse. I will definitely recommend dr. Grageda for being a great dr. And all her staff as well, for doing a great job. read more

Office dirty, staff unprofessional. I am not thrilled to always wait 30 minutes each time in a dingy lobby with over book appointments. Staff never returned calls left on the voicemails. I was was fortunate to re-select a physician that change my prescriptions. In only took 3 weeks to get back on track. read more

Her staff is the worse! They know nothing! They never return phone calls, very unprofessional. The doctor is not willing to help her patients, she seems moody at times. I will NEVER go back to her office! I don't recommend it. They made huge medical mistakes. read more

Dr. Grageda is great! But a lot of work needs to be done with her scheduling. Her practice has grown, and it's necessary for her to get some help, or partner up with another doctor. The wait to be seen is outrageous, with or without appointment is the same. read more

Changing physicians. Its nearly impossible to get an appointment here, tried for 2 weeks. Every time I call, doesn't matter what time, I always get the machine. Plus the front office and medical assistants have little professionalism. read more

As off November it appears that not much has changed since the other Yelp reviews. Never try to get an appointment on a Friday. I was given a time and proceeded to keep the appointment even arriving 20 minutes early. The office was packed with people waiting. After waiting for over an hour and a half I got up and left. I did tell the office staff I'd call back which I haven't. The one previous appointment I was seen by the nurse practitioner who was helpful and professional. I guess my ailment doesn't warrant another visit and I may as well wait until I need to go to the emergency room. I sure miss Kaiser. read more

I was very hesitant to make an apt at Dr.Gragedas facility due to the previews reviews. Luckily I had an excellent experience, was seen by the Nurse practitioner who is covering for Dr.Grageda. The 2 girls she has working for her don't have a brain cell to rub together between them, and they run the office. They lie, don't follow-up promptly with pharmacies, and are terrible at venipuncture. My pharmacy said they have trouble with "that office." She doesn't handle much care herself, but rather refers out for anything that might be icky or get her sued. And her referrals are to the loser doctors in town who were surely the bottom 5% of their class. Skip all that and just go to Stanford for real care. Prompt care. She over books so bad, that even the first couple appointments of the day are an hour wait. Good docs don't do this. Ever. She made a very bad recommendation and it turned out terrible, resulting in horrid withdrawal symptoms that caused 2 weeks of missed work, then she dumped the patient, probably out of fear of getting sued. Or else Annie felt intimidated for being called out on their overbooking problem. Very unprofessional. I'll be glad to be rid of her amateurish ways. It's a joke. read more

This has been my doctor for many years and ive been dissapointed by how bad its gotten over the years. I always have to wait almost an hour to be seen, i always arrive early & yet im still made to wait for a loong time. They also take others who have appointments after me before i go in! I arrived with a full office and at least 3 others have arrived after me yet they were all seen before me! Its crazy!! I was only there to renew a prescription, something thatll take only a few minutes yet i waited for almost 2 hours for an appointment that i booked weeks before!! The staff is unproffessional and though they are nice, you can tell they dont really care about you & dont pay attention to whats going on. They see that ive been there for a while and am the only person left in the waiting room yet dont bother to ask me anything or see why im still there. Your just another patient and arent treated with personal care. They sit there chatting while im just here waiting for over an hour. Im done with this place. Ive been done with it for a while but since it was the only family practice ive known and i dont come very often, i put up with it. But enough is enough, im not coming back. Dont waste your time coming here. You get what you want which is a check up or medication if needed, but you have to go through all that first. read more

I had tooth pain, had not been to a dentist in the area, I called and they had me come right in... took care of the issue and off I went.. no waiting.. the doctor was kind and informative, the nurse was also kind.. everyone was. I will continue to go here... I liked them alot and they called the next day to follow up.. happy with the service I received. read more
