The amount of dirt they removed to get the forms laid and ready should have taken days if not weeks alone. We were very happy with the process, price, and final project. The first time I made an estimate appointment with them, they didn't show up. I called and they said it was because my appointment wasn't in their computer system. I gave them another chance, and made an appointment for 8:00am. They showed up at 2:00pm instead. The representative from this company gave me a quote and asked for a 50% deposit upfront. They promised to send me a warranty paper later that week, and they didn't (this review is being written weeks from this point). Also, the concrete work they did cracked within a few days. I called them regarding the cracks and the warranty. They said they would come by the end of September to fix the cracks and give me the paperwork, but they STILL have not shown up. Honestly, I feel that I've been taken advantage of. I didn't ask for any discounts, and I tried to be understanding when they didn't come on time and work according to the schedule they told me. Instead of being shown courtesy for being an understanding customer, I feel like they took advantage of the fact I didn't make any complaints. They have not even called me with an update to let me know they are running behind schedule or to reschedule. Overall, they've been unprofessional with a lack of communication, and not keeping their promises and stated schedule. And I don't feel like I was given good service despite being a well mannered customer.

I have a long and challenging driveway, with a French drain on one side to prevent ponding on the driveway, so grading was very important. The crew got most of the grading fine but there is an area where there is still ponding, again, waiting for the crew to return when weather and schedule permits, to fix one area.
