Very poor billing service. We did not get a bill which I explained to "Maui", only something from…read morea debt collector. I asked "Maui" at Russell and Berkebile if she could give me dates on when the insurance paid and when they "supposedly" sent me a bill for the $48 balance. 30 days! Who sends a bill to collections after 30 days!? They billed one time, which we did NOT receive. I asked her if they had a portal so I can keep an eye on my own account, since they aren't doing very well at billing and she said no. So our only choice is to depend on a company to bill us, or say they did, to get our bill. This is the craziest billing practice I have ever heard of! Make sure your patients get their bill before sending it to collections Russell and Berkebile!!!! Sham on you!!

I had an ultrasound for pelvic pain 2 and a half months ago. The appointment was done through my…read morelocal hospital but was through Russell-Berkebile and Associates. They sent my bill to a debt collector a month and a half after my original bill was sent to me. It was a ridiculous goose chase to get them to allow me to pay my original bill. They will send debt collectors after you long before it is appropriate to do so.
