REVIEW: Terrible, Disappointing and very rude (Less than 1 Star)
We wanted one frayed string on the blind repaired and went to Clean All Blinds. Their recorded message said they were open but when we arrived they were closed (the business next door offered to take them as per an arrangement he has with the owner, Louie). I called over the next 3 days leaving a message but never hearing back. I went back and found Louie there who barked back at me when I said it would have been helpful to have received a call back so I knew he had our blinds and when we could expect it fixed. He said he was too busy to return calls and has more work to do than I'll ever know. I told him if I had just been made aware, I would have gone elsewhere, which is exactly what he told me to do. He said good luck in finding anyone that can fix it like he can and that he's the best. I asked why he was being so rude and he ignored me and searched his back room for our blinds and gave them to me. Louie was dreadful to deal with. He may be capable of fixing blinds but he's a long way from ever being the person you want to meet when you first go there. read more
