But then they kept canceling the regularly-scheduled appointments one day prior. This happened twice in a row. While I was able to reschedule the first one, they couldn't get me in for another week (ew). The second time it happened, they didn't offer any concessions so I just canceled the service altogether. The excuse they gave both times was that they didn't have someone available. If you don't have someone available at a certain timeslot, don't set it up for that.
