It's not really that hard to get me to like a car wash, just put a small tindahan there and we're good. What Xotix did though, they have a whole set up there like a snack bar with chips and hotdogs, drinks and whatnot, a comfortable place you can wait at and a gaming set-up and a tv. You really won't mind the wait and might even hang out there just for fun. Service wise, they've got good service too and really friendly people. If you're just there for a wash then they'd be done in no time but if you're there for other things then it differs. Like I said though, you won't mind the wait! And if you do get bored there are tons of restaurants near by which you can go to and explore!

That's why, even if AM-PM is a 30-minute drive away from where we live, we would make an effort to visit their shop to give our car a good wash. The boys at AM-PM are very quick and efficient. Three of them work on a single car and each guy would position himself on one part of the car and would focus on cleaning it. They do have a clear division of labor. Each ensures that a customer's car has been washed thoroughly, the tire black has been applied properly, that the interior has been vacuumed, the surfaces have been wiped of dirt, and the mats have been dusted off. When they are finished, they would place rubber mats on the floor so customers won't step on the puddle of water that resulted from the wash. We get to avail all of these for just Php80! This particular dealership has been dealing with our Civic ever since we bought it way back in 1999. They've been in charge of every single major repair and every single maintenance job unless grampa decides he wants to take care of that oil change himself. Even if we bought the car second hand, they've never shown a single sign of pushing us aside. Through the estimate and when we left the car and picked it up for this year's maintenance job/checkup, they made us feel like a valued customer. I also liked the fact that they didn't talk down to me since I wasn't the direct owner of the car or acted like I didn't know anything about cars when I asked about what needed repair and what else was going to be done. The other good thing is that these guys work fast. We left the car on a Friday and by next Thursday, we had been called and it was ready for pickup. Building customer relations is definitely key when you want someone to keep coming back. With the way our car was handled and how *we* were handled in turn, it's safe to say that I'll be bringing the Honda here too in the distant future.
