UPDATE - August 29, 2026…read more Unfortunately, I am updating my review again and changing my rating to 2 stars. At this point, I will not be changing my rating again. I initially had concerns with the workmanship of the gate and difficulty getting those concerns addressed. After Logan advised that the gate would be corrected, I gave the company the opportunity to make things right and even updated my review positively because I believed the issues had been resolved. Unfortunately, that update was premature. On Tuesday, August 25, after multiple attempts to reach Logan, someone came to the property and shaved down the bottom of the gate so that it no longer drags the ground. The latch was also adjusted and no longer sticks. I appreciate that those two issues were corrected. However, there are still workmanship and safety concerns that have not been resolved. The boards on the gate are not uniform, there are abnormal and uneven gaps, and there are exposed/protruding fasteners in areas of the gate that people may come into contact with during normal use. This creates an unnecessary safety concern, particularly because this is not my primary residence and guests will be staying at the property. I have included photos showing the current condition of the gate. What has been most frustrating throughout this process is the amount of effort required simply to get the company to address problems with its own work. I paid the agreed-upon amount without Logan having to chase me down for payment. I should not have to repeatedly call, follow up, or resort to calling from another phone number just to get a response about workmanship issues on a fence that has only been installed a little over 30 days. I was told that the fence came with a lifetime warranty, which was one of the assurances provided when I hired this company. However, a lifetime warranty provides little reassurance when it is this difficult to get someone to respond and stand behind the work shortly after installation. I do not believe it is unreasonable to expect a newly installed fence and gate to be completed properly. I also should not have to continue going back and forth over the same job or pay another contractor to correct work that I already paid to have done correctly. I truly wish I had followed my initial instinct and chosen another contractor. I gave this company multiple opportunities to address my concerns and even changed my review when I believed things had been made right. Unfortunately, based on the continuing workmanship issues and the difficulty I have experienced getting them addressed, I can no longer recommend this company with confidence.

I repeat do not…read more Couldn't complete the job of $2500.00 and I paid $1250.00 and he tried to get more money -("requested a draw") few weeks later so he could "rent the excavator" after I already put down $1250.00 for half down upfront and after numerous fails and excuses -over 20 days of an unfinished job -not even a fourth of the actual requested job has been done and now he is threatening me as if I owe him more money because he didn't finish or even merely start the very expensive paid job to do. And he would show up late in evenings to work in the dark and pull and cut weeds -on fence line bc he couldn't get the equipment to do any work . Now im being threatened to be sued by the non professional person whom I don't even believe has a real Business. It's a scam.
