I had something highly specific in mind to ask and they both answered and offered solutions to help - HA I had them running around the store showing me this and reading labels off that. In fact, one of the girls was so helpful, we swapped stories about our training regimes and food weaknesses (we're both addicted to choc) and she offered some clean choc recipes HAHA now thats some great service.
